Rooftop Condo w/ West Bay Views + Walk Downtown TC

Great location and responsive host

Great location - quick walk to town and beaches. The layout of these units may not work for everyone - a lot of stairs and one of the 2 full baths is on the main level. The overall feel was not cozy, comfortable, it was def a rental prop feel. A lot of visible water damage and a leak in the bathroom sink. The roof deck area could really use some improvement- it was shabby and felt just thrown together up there.

Enjoyed our stay very much. Great communication with host. Comfortable beds. Wonderful location. Impeccably clean.

Overall we were not impressed with our stay. The place wasn't completely clean and we found dirty mugs in the cabinet with old coffee in the bottoms. Ran the washing machine and it was obnoxiously loud and squeaky. Upon arriving at the condo our rental vehicle was too long for the garage. When I messaged the host about it I was met with a snotty remark that the description had the size of the garage. All that was stated is a one stall car garage which can vary in dimensions greatly so how would I have known it wouldn't fit? I also requested a high chair when I booked the condo awhile back and the message was never acknowledged so there wasn't one when we arrived. They did kindly drop it off for me to use. Location was convenient for our time visiting family and the host was timely in responses.

This unit worked perfectly for my family of 4. It was nice to come back from visiting family or shopping downtown & all have our own space to relax. The location is absolutely perfect! Walked to all dinner spots & shopping! Our host, Riley, was very attentive & replied quickly to a few hiccups. Looking forward to booking in summer months so we could take advantage of the wonderful rooftop space!

The property was very well appointed. Our only issue were the steepness and width of stairs. We are 70 and it was a lot hauling our luggage up 2 flights. Also 1 guest missed the first step out of the bedroom in front. You might post a sign. Also the rug on rooftop was all crumpled so really had to watch your step

The place was very nice. lots of stairs! The rooftop was wonderful just needs an umbrella. The only complaint was the two pans in the drawer were in very bad condition couldn't even use them.

Booked this condo for a weekend bachelorette trip and it was a great experience! The condo was clean, owner was very quick to answer questions. Location was ideal for walking downtown and going to the beach. Private rooftop was a big bonus. I would absolutely come again

Good location as you can walk to all. Newish property. Comfortable beds. Parking only for one car so we parked other car on side street and although no signs got ticket. Owners had good communication but suggested we could park other car a mile away and pay for parking. Roof top was cool but narrow spiral stairs so not exactly easy to take up food and drink. Kitchen missing some basics. All in all ok.

The location and rooftop deck was fantastic

We stayed three nights for an anniversary getaway. The location was excellent - a block off of downtown with a beautiful view of the lake from the rooftop patio. The beds were seriously the most comfortable sleep away from home beds we’ve ever experienced. We appreciated that there were lots of extra pillows, linens, and towels available too! Constructive Criticism - the property could use a little TLC - touch ups to paint and stairs, and new patio furniture. Stairs didn’t appear to have been swept/vacuumed, some dust/cobwebs in the bathroom. Overall, we had a comfortable stay and would look into booking again for a return visit.

This condo has a great location within easy walking distance to the lakefront and Front Street shopping. The roof deck is a wonderful feature and has a view of Lake Michigan. During busy times, the condo complex was a bit noisy at night with neighbors spending time outside after 10. Love all the conveniences like laundry, a Keurig, and nice TVs.

We had a wonderful visit! The condo was perfectly located and within walking distance of downtown. The space was just right for four adults. Having a garage was great too! Beds were comfortable as well as living room furniture. I would recommend this property!

This is a great place near the heart of Traverse City. It is walking distance to shops, restaurants, and the beach. The condo was very clean and the bedrooms were very comfortable. Having the groceries delivered prior to our arrival was amazing! There are many stairs so families with littles may need to bring baby gates. The parking space is pretty narrow but our Kia Telluride fit well. Overall we loved staying here and would love to be back in the future!

Perfect location for the Bayshore Race Weekend. Great layout for a family with 6 adults. So close to great shops, restaurants and the bay.
