Roof top pool & game room, 2 blocks to beach, 2/bedrooms, beach passes included

we had a lovely time stay in our unit. As shown in the pictures, the place was clean short distance to the beach short distance to the boardwalk and short distance to the bridge to hop into Tom’s River. We were able to walk to all restaurants and the owner let us know some of the good ones to try! The pool was such a wonderful added bonus after walking back on hot days at the ocean. I think my favorite night was watching the fireworks from the roof! If I ever return to Seaside, I will be booking here again for sure.

Nothing short of spectacular. Clean, gorgeous, comfortable, luxurious. We had everything we needed and more. Hoping to make this a regular stay for my annual Seaside Heights visit.

Property owner is not only a great person, she treats you like family. Makes you feel right at home while on vacation. My 4 kids, wife and I had a great time. Highly recommend staying here. Great accommodations and close to the beach.

We stayed here on our trip for dance nationals & couldn’t have been happier. We own a restaurant so we always travel with plenty of items to cook with & were pleasantly surprised the condo had everything we needed so we definitely overpacked. There wasn’t anything we needed that wasn’t provided. We sadly spent most of our time at the convention center but Kristen when we were at condo Kristen was so accommodating & made sure we knew made the best of our free time. The pool was a wonderful bonus as it was in the 90’s all week. Love how close it was to access the beach & boardwalk. The cleanliness is what put this condo over the top for us. Seriously perfect! From the owner - so helpful & welcoming - & the unit - lovely & well done - to the amenities - hello rooftop pool & secure parking! - & the location - easy walking distance to boardwalk/beach, restaurants, etc. - this is EXACTLY what we wanted for a week at the Shore. Our teen loved the independence of venturing out on their own, and the 2BR/2BA unit gave us plenty of space to relax together or solo. This is the 4th rental we’ve had in Seaside Heights and the first we will be rebooking. See you next year!

The owner is fabulous! It’s family owned so it feels like you’re hanging out with your own family! It’s gated so you always feel safe, even when you’re not getting in until 1 am & there’s an elevator so you can bring as many clothes as your suitcases can hold without huffing & puffing flights of steps! The unit is very clean, spacious, well stocked with everything you need including hair spray! The game room is a cool little place to hop out of the sun & the roof top pool is incredible!!!!

The property is amazingly clean, super functionable and easy to navigate, and in the perfect location to the beach and the boardwalk. The outside salt pool, game room, indoor garage put the trip over the top! However, nothing was as great as meeting and getting to know Kristin and her family. She is a wealth of knowledge and gave great suggestions on food, shopping, and event/activities that are going on. We are already trying to figure out when we can stay there again!!

Our family absolutely loves staying here every summer. It’s our goto spot down at the shore. Kristen is amazing and we are looking forward to returning next summer !!

The property owners were great Condo very clean and just like the photos. Location was fabulous the pool and elevator were the best. Will definitely return!!!!!
