Romantic One-bedroom Condo in Orange Beach - Beautiful Gulf-front Views.

The view from the balcony was awesome, beautiful sunrises! The host went beyond anyone I’ve ever had before. Kim made sure it was a welcoming place. Absolutely perfect!

Very easy check in . Nice location clean and although weather was a little too cool to actually enjoy the beach , was still able to relax and even saw a couple of dolphins from balcony . Will be back

Wonderful place, well stocked with everything you need. Kim is beyond awesome, snack, toiletries, binoculars, even early check in.Loved seeing the dolphins playing in the morning and the sunrise and view is breathtaking. Definitely would recommend.

I cant say enough about Kim. Truly someone that you enjoy getting to know. The whole process was so easy and accommodating.The condo was very clean and was stocked with everything you need. Spectacular view of the gulf, especially at sunrise. The location is perfect. Just a stones throw to everything from restaurants to fishing not to mention only an elevator trip and steps to the beach. Staying here was worth every penny. We will definitely be back.

What a lovely, cozy vacation spot! The place was spotless, the view cannot be beat, and to top it all off, Kim provided lots of snacks and drinks, which were well-appreciated. She was so attentive and easy to communicate with! Parking was a breeze, with carts to help get all the luggage up to the 10th floor. Also, there was something about the bedroom that made it feel so quiet and relaxing. Perhaps the plushest carpet you can possibly imagine? An excellent experience!

We had the best vacation staying here. Kim is an exceptional host. We stayed for our 5 year anniversary, and walked into the beautiful condo with flowers and a hand written anniversary card. It was all the small gestures throughout our stay! Very clean, prettiest view. Make sure to catch the sunrise, it’s stunning. We can’t wait to be back.

The beach view from the balcony was spectacular. The condo was easily accessible, updated beautifully with a classy beachy vibe, clean and had lots of amenities. The kirchen had everything needed. The AC works great. The bed and furniture are comfortable. Kim was easy to communicate with. She is Awesome.

Very easy check in. Host responded quickly and was absolutely amazing. Will definitely be coming back! The view from the balcony was perfect and the condo was very clean with plenty of towels and blankets. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!

We had the best time at the beach! We loved our get a way. The condo was located on the tenth floor with a perfect view of the Gulf of Mexico! The balcony was so nice to sit outside and listen to the waves and watch all the activity outside. After being on the beach, we went swimming in their huge pool.The condo was nice. Everything was provided for us like treats in the kitchen, a coffee maker with an assortment of coffee. In the laundry room, there was laundry soap provided. There were beach chairs and beach towels there to use. The condo had nice decor, the couch was so comfy while I watched the big screen tv.Thank you Kim for the wonderful time!

Great location, beautiful view, clean unit. Mattress was comfortable and sheets were very soft.kitchen was very well stocked. There was plenty of bath towels and washcloths. Kim was an amazing host to rent from, thank you! We will be back.

We came down from Colorado in a full blown snow storm, it was a great stay in a great neighbor hood with great weather. Everything was perfect with this condo. The only thing we can criticize is there was only cable tv instead of our normal streaming services, but if that’s the worst of the issues life is great!

Always seems like time goes so fast.. I loved the place, very peaceful… The only thing I didn’t understand was the construction crew above me… They even worked on Sunday, bright and early… No relaxing…. I know nobody else would have enjoyed paying their money for that…. But I left everyday and enjoyed my nights… The place was well stocked and beautiful….

It was wonderful. We knew the weather would be cold but the condo was great. We relaxed, read, napped and went out to eat. Could not have been better!

What a beautiful condo with spectacular views of the ocean! It was great sitting on balcony and watching boats come in and out of Perdido Pass. Condo was clean, comfy bed and kitchen was well stocked. We had everything we needed. Kim also left snacks for us. We also had access to beach chairs and beach towels. We plan to stay here again. High recommend!here agsin.

We really enjoyed our stay at Phoenix East. The condo was nicely furnished and the owner Kim made the check in and check out a breeze. Will definitely recommend this condo to friends and family looking for a couples condo.

Location and condo was great. Check in was simple. the sink did not have hot water, but that was a minor issue. Only other comment would be for host to provide check out instructions with the check in instructions. Great stay, will visit again.

1005 at Phoenix East is an excellent unit. The condo has all of the touches that makes it feel like home. My cousin and I had a great “girls weekend” together. We didn’t want to leave on Monday.

This condo is everything as described and more! The balcony has a panoramic view from east to west. The owner offered complimentary snacks and coffee. The bed was extremely comfortable. Everything worked properly, and the owner answered any emails through VRBO promptly. Would stay here again without question!

We booked this condo on very short notice, and the host was gracious enough to accommodate us. Check in was the easiest I’ve ever experienced prime location on the beach. The place was stocked. Plenty of towels, which was very nice! Lots of communication with the host, who is a sweetheart! Highly recommend this one!

I really enjoyed the stay, loved watching all the boats traveling through the inlet. Great view! Nice facility, air conditioning worked great! Pool was nice, and also to have two options of pools to there neighboring facility
