Romantic Beach Hideaway ,Private Indoor Hot Tub, Only blocks to River Beaches

Everything was great, location, room sizes, bed, outdoor areas, it was a great place to stay.

This was the perfect getaway spot! Malinda was an amazing host, providing everything we needed from a complimentary bottle of wine to bicycles for us to explore the island. Would definitely love to stay again!

Was an amazing getaway, no complaints! The screened in patio was really nice for relaxing after the day. Only thing to mention is pillows can be a little uncomfortable if you are particular about that.

We really,really enjoyed it all !! The rental unit is the lower section of the home of the owners. We enjoyed all of the spaces FREE parking front yard seating area outdoor backyard area screened porch and the very large unit itself. The furnishings are a bit dated but clean and comfortable. Having a full size kitchen was very nice. The location was great. We were able to get every where on Tybee Island either on foot or on the free bikes that come with the unit. The owners were very friendly and helpful. We only had two problems while there. #1 we couldn't turn on the shower and had to call the owner he came right down to show us how our duh moment. 2nd - I found the smell of mold and/or mildew in the hot tub room very nasty- my husband didn't seem to notice it much at all. The hot tub room is off the living room - therefore it's inside the rental unit. It has NO ventilation at all leading to this mold problem. A MUST FIX ! AJ's is the best place to eat. The Lighthouse is a must see. And Sea Kayak Savannah with Josh was amazing.

Great place for a couple. Quite neighborhood. About two blocks from beach.

Found it a very comfortable and quaint oasis. My wife and i enjoyed the tranquility. We didn't use the hot tub, but thought it was a nice touch. Only downside to our time on Tybee had nothing to do with the unit but rather disappointing weather. Nothing the hosts could do about that!!

Lovely week to unwind and enjoy the beautiful weather and good food. Our accommodations were exactly as pictured on line and was ideal for a couple. Enjoyed our stay at Heron's Nest.

We absolutely loved our stay at Heron's nest. The place was not only very clean with a comfortable bed but so homely and welcoming. The highlight for us was the indoor hot tub! A complimentary bottle of wine was provided and we had everything we needed for a relaxing and fun getaway. We were able to tour some places in Tybee on bicycles provided by the host. It is a quiet location and close to the beach and many eating spots. The hospitality was top notch. Would definitely stay here again when in Tybee Island next time.

Great location for two on Tybee! Within walking distance to everything you need & several beach access locations. The Heron’s Nest was very clean & cozy, offering a lot of privacy with its own backyard, outdoor shower, and screened in porch. Beach essentials were provided as well which came in handy. If we come to Tybee again we will look to stay here! Thank you Fred & Malinda!

Had a great stay in this beach house. It's clean, cute with various cozy beach accomodations (including a beach wagon and chairs!), and honestly the proximity to the beach is hard to beat for the price too. Would definitely return! A great way to enjoy Tybee.

Everything that I needed was provided. Ice maker did not work, and showers were cold, but otherwise fabulous. The home is adorable. Loved the hot tub. Pleasant outdoor seating areas.

Loved the location, and place was quite comfortable. Enjoyed having access to the bikes and the beach cart.

House was clean and everything worked. Great location and many extras that were nice even if we didn’t use them.

Unfortunately, we had a lot of rain while we were there with the exception of the last day. The only thing unexpected was the size of the bed in the bedroom. My wife and I are used to king size bed and it was a full size bed, which made it a little Uncomfortable for sleeping. Other than that, everything was perfect.

Our stay was very cozy with close proximity to everything we needed. Was a nice short walk to the beach and also offered privacy in our down time. The people and food in the area were fantastic to be around. Would highly recommend.

The condo had everything you could ever need, hot tub, games, movies, bikes and books. The condo was comfortable with privacy and close proximity to EVERYTHING. It's just what my husband and I needed.

Overall we loved our stay. ( I didn't realize there would be an apartment above us) but it was super cozy and I loved the porch. Just what we needed to get away.

Beautiful little cottage experience with all our needs met and in a quiet and peaceful space. Would certainly recommend to another couple as it really just was super peaceful and calm.

We love Tybee! This property is great for privacy and relaxation. I loved that we stayed within a short bike ride to the beach and the main strip of this quaint little beach town. The 2 bikes came in handy and we enjoyed the November cool weather. Weather was perfect. Sunsets at Tybee are gorgeous. You can tell the owners have this down to a science. Everything you need is at the property. We hope to come back again - maybe next time during the summer season with our little one!

We loved our stay on the island. The home was just the right size for 2 guests. It is also in a great location within walking distance to local shops and restaurants. I would defiantly recommend this place to anyone looking to get away for a weekend stay at the beach

Malinda and fred are nothing but amazing. The place was the most perfect getaway . Tybee never disappoints. My second time visiting tybee ever. The herons nest was home away from home. Must book it .
