Rolling Tides at Beach Colony East Resort

We were very impressed with the cleanliness of this room. The cleanest place we’ve ever stayed in the years that we’ve been coming very accessible to the beach and we felt safe.

Enjoyed our stay so much! We did experience a lot of the electrical outlets didn’t work and the guest rooms stayed very warm even with fan and ac on.

We loved the balcony overlooking the ocean (ate out there for every meal) and the convenience of getting to the beach. This condo was huge, clean, and more than adequate for 4 adults. Would highly recommend!

Beach Colony 4A East was great for our family of 7!! There was a total of 3 couples, my husband and I, twin daughters who are married, and one grandson who’s 16 months old. Each couple had their own room as well as their own bathrooms. The balcony was wonderful!!! It had a table for 6 people. This is where we ate our meals. It was really easy getting to the beach/pool. Will definitely book here again.

It was wonderful. The condo was so nice and very up to date. We have stayed in this particular condo twice and will be back for 2026!

We loved the view from the balcony. Also, the master bathroom window looks out to the ocean. The property was clean and decorated very Beachy and fun. Kitchen was very easy to use with all the amenities and lots of servingware. The hall closet was a surprise with all kinds games and a puzzle that we enjoyed putting together as a family. We would definitely stay there again!

Some things in condo do need updating, especially carpet in the condo but overall we had a great experience.

I loved Beach Colony properties. This particular unit needs updating. Accommodations were just fine. We loved the big balcony and outdoor table and chairs. The furniture is older and not very comfortable. One of the kitchen chairs had a broken leg and we had issues with the outlets working. Washer and dryer work but are very old. The whole units needs an update.

Condo is very roomy and beautiful. Only negative thing is there are 96 units in this condo with one working elevator. It takes at least 8-10 minutes to get on elevator. Workers said it would take 3 months to fix. Thankfully this unit is on 4th floor and if you aren’t carrying items you can take stairs. We didn’t have the prettiest water this stay due to lots of seaweed in water and on beach. But overall a memorable experience.
