Stayed May 28, 2026We all enjoyed this condo. The balcony provided ample room for all to relax, visit & enjoy the view. The lay out of the condo was perfect for our Family, everyone had their own space. Be sure to bring your own salt & pepper, or other spices, whished they had provided at least the salt & Pepper. Easy access to the beach and the kids enjoyed the pool. Would stay here again

Stayed Jun 14, 2025We loved the balcony overlooking the ocean (ate out there for every meal) and the convenience of getting to the beach. This condo was huge, clean, and more than adequate for 4 adults. Would highly recommend!

Stayed May 31, 2025Beach Colony 4A East was great for our family of 7!! There was a total of 3 couples, my husband and I, twin daughters who are married, and one grandson who’s 16 months old. Each couple had their own room as well as their own bathrooms. The balcony was wonderful!!! It had a table for 6 people. This is where we ate our meals. It was really easy getting to the beach/pool. Will definitely book here again.

Stayed Apr 13, 2025We loved the view from the balcony. Also, the master bathroom window looks out to the ocean. The property was clean and decorated very Beachy and fun. Kitchen was very easy to use with all the amenities and lots of servingware. The hall closet was a surprise with all kinds games and a puzzle that we enjoyed putting together as a family. We would definitely stay there again!
