Stayed Jul 1, 2024Major: infested with roaches, discovered on day 2 of visit- found in multiple areas including kitchen, laundry room and children’s bunk beds, alerted the property manager immediately and while they did respond promptly & professionally the problem was much worse than a quick spay job could handle. Request to move to a different building but bc it was a busy holiday no other units were available. Obviously more to this issue but suffice to say we had to leave. Minor concerns: Overall building maintenance (trim piece with nails sticking out left in outdoor stairwell, crumbling edges of concrete on stairs, dirty not swept) Inside there was visible water damage on the ceiling in the living room, had gaping areas around vents, pipes and outlets in laundry room and bunk room. And after being told there was beach service and calling the number to make arrangements, was told there is no beach service for that area. There is an obvious disconnect between the property manager, building maintenance & VRBO listing On a positive note, the actual beach area was clean and family friendly.

Stayed Jun 22, 2024The location was good and we love the private beach area and being able to leave our things and then return throughout the day. Very disappointed that we couldn't even crack a window or the patio doors to listen to the sounds of the beach at night or throughout the day to relax to, as we love the sounds of the ocean

Stayed Jun 3, 2024I am very picky when it comes to the cleanliness of rentals that I stay in! This condo met my high standards. Everything was very clean and looked just like the photos. It was so convenient that every bedroom had its own bathroom. Due to construction, we did not have access to the balcony, which was a bummer. The construction debris outside on the windows made the view of the ocean blurry. Thankfully, no active construction was happening while we were there. The bedrooms were comfortable, but my (queen) room needed more storage. There was not a chest of drawers to unpack clothes into, and the drawers in the bathroom were tiny. It was great to have direct access to the beach. Note that the walkway ends in about 7 stairs, so you're not able to wheel a large beach wagon out onto the sand. This posed some logistical difficulties while traveling with 3 kids! Overall, I'd definitely recommend this place.

Stayed May 30, 2024Was a very nice condo, easy walk to the beach and short drive to florabama bar. The balconies were closed due to repairs which was a bummer, but we knew this before we got there.

Stayed Sep 12, 2023Great condo, larger than expected and a quiet location which is exactly what we were looking for. The place was clean and well appointed. Pleasantly surprised at the kitchen pots and appliances. Highly recommend this unit.
