Stayed Nov 30, 2023We ended up not staying due to CovId and no give from the owner or VRBO. We were suppose to predict when I would get sick and call, except it happened day before we had to travel and the owner gave no consideration to moving reservation to next year for the Rock and Roll races. We didn’t ask for money back and he could have rented it with the notice I gave him. Really sad there is little to no empathy and compassion for responsible people. All about making a buck.

Stayed Jun 11, 2023The elevator was not working and it did not help that we were in the 5th floor. Although there was one other elevator, it was on the other side of the building. The AC stopped working and our room reached 87 degrees. Although this was reported early in the day, maintenance did not arrive until the next day which happened to be the day we were checking out. I reached out to both, owner and property manager on the day the AC stopped working yet no accommodations were offered other than three fans that made no difference. All in all my entire family slept in what seemed to be a sauna, sweating and very uncomfortable.

Stayed May 12, 2023The host is helpful and patient. We really enjoyed our stay. He had great customer service. His check out list made everything so easy. The place itself is clean and very comfortable. My kids and I really enjoyed family movie night on the coach on the big TV after a long day of sight seeing! Definitely recommend!

Stayed Apr 20, 2023We booked this penthouse during the week of Fiesta in downtown San Antonio. The location was perfect, it was close enough to the action but far enough away that we had a good rest. The patio was amazing, it was a great place to hangout after long days and enjoy the view of the Riverwalk, it had a table and couches, plus a fireplace in case it got chilly. We didn't use it but it added to the vibe. The house was very well appointed, anything you could need was available. It was also very clean and easy to access. Our host was great, he was friendly, helpful and responded very quickly to any questions that we had. All information was provided promptly and was clear as to what we had to do to gain access and what we needed to do for a smooth checkout. All the rooms had new furniture and huge TVs! This place had it all. If I could give 10 stars I would. Next time I go south, I'll be sure to stay here again! Thank you for the perfect place to stay!
