Riverstone Resort Luxury 2bd/2bath condo bldg #3 remodeled 7 night special

Love the location and being on the upper floor and the views were great

It was in a good accessible location. Everything inside & out was neat and clean. The layout of the condo room was excellent. The views were good as well. Liked having access to a parking garage. We had a bit of a problem checking in. The front desk could not help us, it was the owners responsibility. After a couple of phone calls, the Owner phoned back & all was well. No pool towels & the front desk refused to give us any (because they were supposed to be in the room), which they weren’t. We had to shop & make a purchase. I didn’t appreciate that at all. Overall a good place to stay.

Condo is in a great location. Balcony is shaded most of the day into the evening. Our family loves the lazy river and indoor pool. This is our third time staying at Riverstone Resort and we’ll be back.

My favorite resort to stay in Pigeon Forge. Loved the views from this 4th floor unit. Host was very gracious with our unexpected need to check out early.

Diane is a wonderful host. She worked with me through everything I needed. The condo is a nice- the layout, the recliners are great. The fireplace is a BLESSING in the extreme weather temperatures. Also the tub in the masters bathroom was great. I used it everyday during my stay.We experienced the much needed rest in a beautiful home.Vicky

The condo was amazing! Very clean and inviting when we arrived. The location is perfect with easy access to anything you may want to do and the entire resort is very well maintained by a very friendly staff. We recommend if you're looking for a first class stay at a fair price.

Host and Location were great!

This 2 bedroom condo had everything we needed to enjoy a relaxing stay. We loved the view from the balcony onto the golf course while sipping coffee in the morning and enjoying the fireworks coming from Dollywood in the evenings. We enjoyed the lazy river and indoor pool as well as the free coffee provided at the clubhouse. I added a photo to give you an idea of where this condo is located on the property, for future guests.

The apartment is beautiful, clean and well appointed. It is very welcoming. The rooms are large and furniture very comfortable. We were able to watch the fireworks from Dollywood on the terrace. It is only a short drive to Dollywood which is an added plus since we had our grandson with us. The host was very responsive upon our arrival. I definitely would recommend staying here and hopefully will do so again.

We have stayed at Riverstone Resort for 20 years with our kids and now grandkids. We love the location and property is always well maintained. The last few years we have not been able to enjoy the lazy River because of rowdy, unsupervised children.

The condo and Resort is in a prime location. We stay here as often as we can. The condo met all of our needs.

Riverstone is very nice. However, this unit needs some TLC & a deep clean. Mattress in Master bed needs replaced.

The water was so chlorinated a softening system would be best. It would be great to have extra blankets, sheets in case someone wanted to stay on couch bed, loved the scenery, garage parking, the gaming system worked but you couldn’t play the game, water heater couldn’t support 4 people taking quick showers. There was large hole in the ceiling due to flood by neighbor that hadn’t been repaired at the time of renting unit. Although it didn’t hurt anything, we were afraid of critters coming in. Excellent experience contacting owner for a lock issue which was my fault. I would recommend the unit to others. Thank you for a great place.

Great no hassle trip

Celebrated Thanksgiving in Pigeon Forge with family. Fantastic!!!

We love Riverstone, but we did not “love” this condo. We have stayed at Riverstone multiple times. The good - comfy beds, upgraded deck furniture. The okay - 2nd toilet didn’t work upon arrival, owner arranged for a plumber immediately who was unable to repair. The next morning another plumber arrived and did fix the toilet. The bad - absolutely no starter paper products of any type. After a long trip, some toilet paper would have been welcomed.

The condo was clean , close to everything and beautiful! Communication with the host was wonderful ! Check in and out was a breeze ! We will be back !

We totally enjoyed our 5 nights in Pigeon Forge . We were there for the National Quartet Convention and the condo was very clean and just remodeled. we had to leave a day early because of Hurricane Helene but all was well. Will Stay again !
