Riverstone Condo by Lake CDA~KING Bed, Walk to Shops & Dining, Close to Downtown

My family of four stayed three nights while visiting Silverwood (about a 30 minute drive from here) and it was perfect! The entire condo was spotless, spacious and had everything we could possibly need for our stay! The property which is like its own mini town in itself, had great food options, a movie theater, and picturesque, beautifully maintained walking trails. If there had been a pool I don’t think my kids would’ve ever left, but we didn’t have time for one anyway! Would definitely stay here again if ever back in the area!

The condo at riverstome was as described. The u it was clean, easy to access and convenient to local attractions. Our host communcated with us quickly when we had a question and gave excellent direction on how to access the property on our day of arrival.

This condo was ideal for our week in CDA. It was well decorated/ accessorized with an ultra comfortable bed. Christy was very responsive and the Riverstone area offers numerous options for dining, shopping and entertainment. We will definitely return to this condo the next time we visit CDA. Christine

Beautiful property. The bed was so comfortable and there was plenty of bedding, dishes, etc. for a comfortable stay. Host offered restaurant recommendations that were delightful, and all the host communication was helpful and timely. Wonderful stay--would look forward to visiting again!

Christy is the ideal host and her condo was amazing! Beautiful, very clean, great bath towels with good bath supplies, kitchen was equipped with Everything you could possibly need, & the refrigerator was immaculate; there is a large walk in closet off the bedroom: there was even a portable fan for white noise; adequate lighting throughout the condo, with the perk of a beautiful and comfortable lanai to enjoy breakfast coffee or evening drinks! Added to all this she offers secure underground parking with a convenient elevator to her 2nd floor unit! Our only challenge (as older adults with arthritic knees) was the lower toilet, but this was the ONLY thing that wasn't perfect! She has thought of everything to make the stay enjoyable and stress free! She answered all emails and text messages fast and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

I love the way this place was stocked with amenities. It wasn’t like some of the other VRBO‘s we’ve stayed in they give you a little box of dish soap, etc. we had a wonderful stay.

The apartment was lovely. The host answered my questions quickly. The unit was quiet. Great location. Easy access to restaurants and the movie theater right there. We were in Idaho to visit my Daughter and her family. When they came to see us the apartment was perfect for the kids to hang while the adults visited. Would definitely stay here again.

I have stayed here for 2 of the last 4 weeks, and I will be back this summer!!

Everything was good. Could have used my TP and would suggest a different couch as the front of the cushions were smashed down making sitting on it uncomfortable but would stay again. Had everything we needed and the location is great.

My wife and I have stayed in several of these condos at Riverstone, specifically this building. They are all breathtaking, beautifully decorated, and perfectly located! What makes this one stand apart, and the reason we have booked it again, IN 2 WEEKS, is the host…….her name is Christy, and she is PERFECT!! The communication provides as to how to access garage, and unit are the easiest I’ve ever dealt with, and her response to any inquiry is timely, polite, and driven ti conclusion! See you in 2 weeks!!!!

Excellent trip! We chose to stay here due to walking proximity to so many things! We have family that live in Idaho & were having my granddaughters’ 1st Birthday & her Baptism. We wanted a place to rest after all the activities & we were pleased with everything about this condo! Christy had it fully stocked. Teas, coffee & every spice you could think of. Shower gel, shampoo & plenty of towels toilet paper & Kleenex! We had a little trouble checking in due to elevator being out. I called immediately & the management were all over it & fixed it within the hour from my intial call! No fault of our wonderful host! Everything was perfect for us! Plenty of parking, & were given such wonderful recommendations for dining! Ate at Le Peep, Vine & Olive, Pho place, Bardenays & Panhandle ice cream. All were phenomenal. Definitely keeping on my “favorites” list & staying here again.

Ideal location, condo was well kept, comfy bed. Probably time for some new carpet, but aside from that the place was clean and well stocked.

Very nice condo, right in the heart of CDA!It's located within walking distance of multiple restaurants, and close enough to downtown that we were able to ride our bikes, avoiding the struggle of finding a place to park (and parking fees)

This is a great property! Check in was a breeze and loved the location. Lots of good restaurants within walking distance or a short drive. Liked the security of the underground parking and the condo was nice and clean. Perfect for our stay in Coeur d’Alene. Would highly recommend.

A relaxing and enjoyable stay in Coeur d’Alene. It was nice to leave the busy atmosphere of downtown CDA and have a relaxing walk by the river taking in the wildlife and architecture.

The location was perfect for us as was the condo. Super comfortable bed was just what we needed. All the little extras were appreciated.definitely

The property was in a very convenient location, clean and very comfortable. Owners had everything you need available. WiFi worked great for working while there. Bed was very comfortable.

Christy's condo was perfect for us! Exceptionally clean and thoughtfully appointed with everything needed for a lovely stay. Check-in was smooth and easy, secure parking also available. We enjoyed the nearby shops (especially the bookstore--The Well-Read Moose!) and restaurants. When we plan our next trip to Couer dAlene we will book with Christy. We highly recommend this great condo with an exceptional host. :)

The condo was clean, very nice, comfortable bed, nice kitchen, great location in Riverstone. Shops and restaurants all around. The woman who I dealt with answered all questions quickly and there were no problems.

This condo is very clean, well-stocked, comfortable, and has all the amenities you need and then some. Love having all the shops and restaurants right below to walk to. Amazing location and host! Will definitely be coming back:)

Wonderful experience

Property had clean, updated furnishings and kitchen was equipped with what we needed to eat in or carry-out in addition to items like spice rack, coffee, creamer, etc. Location is great for restaurants, shopping, and trails.

Great location, Wonderful property. Elevator building with undergrond parking. Host was very accommodating. Even had build in I e maker in fridge - bonus! Towels and shower are top notch.

Great location and vibe. Eating areas within walking distance, beautiful park like grounds to walk. All amenities provided by a great host, Christy. All needed info for a secured condo were provided. We really enjoyed our visit exploring Cda.

My husband and I recently stayed here and had a fabulous time! The condo has all the comforts of home including the most comfy pillows we have ever tried! The location was perfect with lots of cute shops and good restaurants within walking distance. The host, Christy, was very responsive to our requests including giving us recommendations of places to visit and eat. We had a great time and will definitely be back!

We stayed in Christy’s condo for 3 nights and wished we could have stayed longer! The condo is clean, well stocked and decorated beautifully! Absolutely loved this condo- very clean, AC, modern and comfortable. Walking distance to everything in Riverstone and to my family. Christy was extremely nice, helpful, and responsive, and kept us in the know about events happening around town during our stay. She also clearly communicated instructions/directions. Will be rebooking for next year!!

The condo was as advertised. Clean, updated, comfortable. Good instructions on how to enter/exit, parking. Appreciated the recommendations on local restaurants. Just outside the heart of the downtown, nice and peaceful but easy access to everything. Highly recommend.

This beautiful condo was the perfect place for a much needed getaway with my husband. It is a short drive to the beach and downtown area but at the end of the day we appreciated the peace and quiet of the condo. We also enjoyed the shops and restaurants surrounding the condo. I'm sure we will be back. ❤️
