Riverside Penthouse Retreat on the water Marco Island

It was the cleanest, most pleasant property I think that we’ve stayed at in all of our vacations throughout Florida and other parts of the world. Extremely peaceful. Beautiful views right on the water which looked like the ocean rather than the bay/river. Residents were very kind. The snafu with our pass code was quickly solved. This condo has Beautiful decor and excellent condition. We’re very glad we chose it. Owners were very helpful and accommodating.

Very nice place. Owners were responsive to a little issue we had. Getting into the parking lot was a bit tricky. Best to print out the QR entry code as it does not work well with your cell phone.

Finding this Penthouse Condo was a huge bonus!! There is nothing more that could have been asked for, it was all there! The owners are wonderful to work with and right there when and if you need them! We were there for a month and looking forward to another month next year. Best find ever!!

It was ok for the most part. Front door is dragging when opening. Shower handle is hard to turn on. Washer and dryer hookups are in the room but had to go to the other end of the building and use a community washer and dryer. When you have to run back and forth down a long walkway to check to see if your laundry is done, it becomes a pain in the butt. We are older and that was tough. The pool was awesome and the view was hard to beat. Loved watching the dolphins playing close to our room.

Wonderful place, very nicely updated with all you need. Open spaces in all but the bathroom, which was fine for me but not my husband who is in a wheelchair. Although I had checked with owner about accessibility, this was an issue for us.

Wonderful host and unit. Best building and floor in the complex. Great views. Unit was very clean and all furniture was comfortable. No complaints. Would stay here again if we are back at riverside.

Stayed 4 nights. Very clean, fantastic views, enjoyed the two pools, close proximity to restaurants and beach. Definitely recommend and would stay here again.

The property was everything we hoped it would be.Clean, comfortable, great view, plenty of space, nice pool.We were able to walk to many places. All the other residents/guest were very nice.Thank you for a great stay!

Beautiful unit, fully stocked kitchen and appliances. Great decor and location. Two nice pools to enjoy. Short drive to beach. Enjoyed coffee on the lanai watching dolphins swim each morning. Walkable to restaurants, marina & shops. Excellent fishing at Rose Marina pier next door. Unit is very bright, amazing sunrises but if you like to sleep in the bedroom is open to the living areas.

This place is amazing. Would definitely stay here again!

Riverside Penthouse Retreat was a perfect introduction to Southwest Florida - especially Marco Island. Conveniently located, spectacular view of Factory Bay. We would love to come back!

We loved this place! Awesome view with boats and daily Dolphin sightings! Accommodations were outstanding! Quiet and comfortable with restaurants within walking distance. We will definitely look to rent in Riverside again!!!!
