Living Space
Inside, the thoughtfully designed studio offers a comfortable and inviting space to unwind after a day outdoors. Natural light filters in through the sliding glass doors, creating a seamless connection between the indoors and the peaceful riverside just beyond your doorstep. Step outside and you’re instantly immersed in nature. Please note there is no AC, but there is heat.

Kitchenette
The well-equipped kitchenette provides everything you need for easy meals and relaxed mornings. Amenities include a refrigerator, microwave, built-in dual-burner cooktop, toaster, dishware, and a Keurig K-Cup coffee maker. Complimentary K-Cups, cream, and sugar are provided so you can start each day with coffee in hand and the river just outside.

Please note that this unit does not have a dishwasher, full stove, or oven.

This is a smoke-free property. The picnic table located in the front by the boulevard is the only designated smoking area on the property.
