Riverfront condo with balcony near downtown Bend

If your looking for a quiet getaway where the only sounds you hear are of the rushing waters of the Deschutes River then loon no further.

Cabin/condo was great. The location is just perfect. The only two things that could be improved upon was that there was a wasp nest in the balcony that we discovered one of the mornings we were sitting out enjoying the view of the river. We worried that we would get swarmed or it would get into the unit.We did call about it- the front office said to message the owners directly. The owner responded quickly to get the HOA to come out and take care of it- but the HOA didn’t respond. And the only other minor thing was that the keycard didn’t work at the dumpster gate but luckily we were able to find a maintenance person that gave us a key code to open the gate so we could deposit our trash bags. Other than that- it was a very enjoyable stay.

Clean, beautiful scenery, great location

Communication was a bit lacking at the beginning, but host did respond quickly when I inquired about check in information.

The unit was not as clean as we would have expected and the overall condition could use some basic maintenance.

The property location was great the check-in process was easy The View was amazing and the decor was nice. The beds were not very comfortable and some of the Necessities such as silverware were lacking

Location is great, staff are super helpful. The unit itself could use some updates and a deep clean. Any concerns were addressed straight away by the team, so this is moreso feedback to the homeowner.

Beautiful view and sounds of the river, great walking path easily accessible. Pool and hot tub nearby, and serve their purpose. Washer and dryer units available for a charge. 1BR unit is simply a hotel unit (bed and bathroom) door that connects to the studio. Not as nice as the studio, but serves its purpose. Would stay again!

The room was very comfortable, and hard to beat the location! We will be back.

Great spot. Overlooking river and nice park and walking trail. Older buildings but maintained nicely. Would definitely go back. Was really nice to have a nice unit to bring our dog along.

Our family of four and small dog visited for three nights. We enjoyed the location to downtown and the river walk right outside the door! The pool (dated, needs some repair and a deep clean) was enjoyable for our kids! We were grateful for the affordability of this unit as well! Helps families travel while saving money using a kitchen to cook!

Condo was as described and suited our needs. The pool/spa area could use some updates. Great location and super cute town!

Unfortunately, we left my husband Duck jersey I had just given him for his 40th bday. We left it in the closet along with a brand new pair of American Eagle jeans. The were never found. My son took his clothes out of the closet and saw the items as we were packing up. He thought we would get them so I'm certain they were there before we left. It's just so disappointing. The house was fine. It felt pretty old but they are some low quality updates. Beds were ok, showers ok. For the price, it was acceptable. We wouldn't stay here again.
