-Enjoy the Colorado river with your boat/PWC right from the marina in the condo complex or if you prefer Lake Mohave, the launch ramp at Katherine's Landing is a 15 minute drive. Don't have a boat or PWC, There are numerous companies nearby that rent jet skis and boats. Jet skis can be rented starting $55 per day.
-Laughlin is just a 10 minute drive away offering Las Vegas style gambling and entertainment at the numerous casinos, outlet shopping, movie theater, the Laughlin River Walk and even an In N Out Burger!
-Oatman is 35 minutes away on historic Route 66. Oatman is an old west gold mining town/ghost town where you can feed the wild burros that roam the streets, shop, dine and watch an old west gun fight.
-Las Vegas is a 1:30 drive.
-Lake Havasu is a 1:15 drive. Be sure and check out London Bridge Jet Boat Tours. The tour leaves from Laughlin and takes you down the Colorado River through scenic Topock Gorge and then to the famous London Bridge for lunch and shopping.

IF YOU ARE BRINGING A BOAT OR WATERCRAFT PLEASE DO NOT BOOK LAST MINUTE. PLEASE ALLOW AT LEAST (7) BUSINESS DAYS SO YOU HAVE TIME TO COMPLY WITH THESE REQUIREMENTS.
