We had a great time at the property. So beautiful next to the river. The property was clean, the check-in was super easy, and we would definitely stay there again.

We loved the condo and will hopefully stay there again. Incredibly peaceful. clean, and stocked with everything you need. Just a great experience, with access to Rocky Mountain National Park right around the corner, and the lakes for fishing. And, the river is beautiful right outside the back doors.

Immaculate condo, very comfortable, great being on the river, excellent communication with host! We would definitely stay here again.

Easy processGreat location

We came in town for our annual ice fishing tournament and are so pleased that we found this little place. It was in perfect proximity to dining and ice fishing. The bed was extremely comfortable, and that was my favorite part about the condo!

Must stay! Stayed here with my 3 kids (7, 4 and 3 months) and husband. The older kids loved playing outside and seeing the fish in the creek. I loved wine/coffee next to the river and we all felt cozy and safe inside. It was clean, host was very easy to get ahold of and being that close to the river can’t be best. Also less than 5 min walk to main part of town!!

Loved the little condo we stayed in, particularly its closeness to downtown and Grand Lake itself. While close to downtown it was secluded enough and backed up to a creek where we could sit on the patio and enjoy the sounds of the water.The condo contained everything we needed to cook, do laundry, and just relax!I would highly recommend this condo to any couple or small family. We enjoyed our stay very much.P.S. The owner provided a plethora of helpful information prior to our arrival. Very helpful to anyone who may be coming from out of state!

This was our 2nd time staying in this cabin on the river. Excellent location, cozy, clean cabin, and the host Maureen was very responsive to answer our questions. We will be back again soon!

This property is steps from the river and glorious setting. Ground floor nice for hauling luggage. When we had an issue, host was very responsive. Overall a truly 5 star experirnce

Very nice place, spotless, not fancy but well maintained. Beautiful tumbling stream running10 feet from back patio, and super-easy walk to downtown Grand Avenue. It was fairly quiet, but the complex of 8 units was barely occupied. There were quite a few hooks for hanging clothes, towels, etc. This is something that most hosts never think to supply. We did not really test the kitchen, but it looked like it was better equipped than most. The usual failing is nonstick cookware that is worn out and unsafe. I did not check on the cookware. You will need to bring your own Keurig cartridges or some ground coffee to put in the 12-cup drip machine. Try to avoid buying grocery items in town. Example: a standard size box of Cheese-its is 9, about two and one half times the cost in regular Colorado grocery stores. There is a grocery near the town's entrance that is loaded with gourmet goodies, if you don't care what they cost.

Awesome creek right out the back door. Close to great hiking trails. Host very responsive during neighborhood power outage. Fun little tourist town…

We have stayed in this condo 4 times total, we call it home whenever we are in Grand Lake.

Great location and clean!

Great location walking distance to downtown Grand Lake. Creek off the patio was great. House was very clean. Would definitely stay again. Only downside was the bed was a little hard for our liking but didn’t take away from a good experience.

My wife and I enjoyed a 5-night stay at this peaceful property. Easy parking and check in process. The condo was well stocked with all the necessary supplies for our stay. My wife really enjoyed the sound of the water out the back door and would sit on the rocks drinking her coffee most mornings. The condo's close proximity to town, RMNP, and hiking made this an ideal location. It is an easy 5 minute walk to downtown or the dock, or 15 minute drive to RMNP. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing retreat.

No issues whatsoever. Very clean and great location. We will be back.

Bed is comfortable

We loved this little place! So charming right on the river and the stone fireplace was very homey. I wish the “flames” on the electric fireplace were a little brighter/bigger but it heated the unit nicely. The kitchen was reasonably equipped and we enjoyed making dinner “in” a couple of nights. The property manager was responsive and helpful when we needed to get logged back into the Roku TV. I unfortunately slipped in town and broke my ankle the day before checkout so we very much appreciated them accommodating a couple of extra hours for checkout the next day. Thank you for a great stay (despite the broken bones which had nothing to do with this great little place!)

I loved this little condo by the stream on the she of town. Very walkable to the Hub for breakfast or Sagebrush BBQ for dinner, and a great base for hiking in RMNP.

My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights and very much enjoyed our time. The proximity to the downtown area was much more appealing than I anticipated. Really enjoyed the creek out back. It was a tad cool at night to keep the window open but that was a big bonus to sit on the patio with a glass of wine and enjoy the sounds. We would definately make a return trip.

Fully stocked condo right on a gorgeous mountain stream. Super close to town and the lake. Quiet, cozy and convenient to all kinds of recreation. We loved our mountain getaway!
