We loved being right on the river. The beds were comfortable and the condo was up to date. We really enjoyed our stay! Great accommodations for the 4 of us with plenty of room.

Beautiful place! Really appreciated the coffee and other kitchen amenities (spices, air fryer, etc.). Beds were comfy, bathrooms well stocked, shelves full of games, and a fireplace with plenty of firewood. Most of all, Andrew was a great, responsive host!

This was a nice day at a good condo, which is very close to Beaver Creek resort parking. There are a couple maintenance issues that could be taken care of to achieve five stars. The trundle on the bunkbed was in need of repair and some of the lightbulbs did not work. However, the rest of the property is nice and the private sauna is a great feature. There needs to be some deep cleaning done in the master shower - some mildew was coming out of the plastic trim on the shower door and running down the drain.

Husband and I went to visit our daughter for a few days. Had a great time. VRBO was in a perfect location and warm and cozy! Not too big, not too small. Would definitely recommend and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

We stayed three nights and loved the location and the view of the river from the deck. Communication with the owner was very easy. We would return.

The VRBO pictures were misleading! Kitchen appliances are very old and should be replaced. (No ice maker, dishwasher held together with duct tape, microwave display hard to read, disposal only took liquids, etc. Entry system only worked part of the time and it took over 3 weeks to get a key. Took 2 days to get TV. The only ceiling fan did not work and 3 skylights created a lot of heat! The listing showed about 8 pictures on the walls. There were none! Of 5 lamps, 2 were held together with tape. Only the washing machine, dryer and gas grill worked properly. We left early with no refund. If we had not prepaid for 5 weeks. would have moved elsewhere. I could say more, but what's the point!

Close to Vail and Beaver Creek, comfortable for a family to stay. Hardwood floor is nice, but the carpet could have been replaced.

Nice, clean property that was great for a ski weekend of Beaver Creek. Comfy accommodations and easy access. Furniture and unit were not worn which was nice. This could easily be a 5-star property if the owner addresses various issues (one bathroom sink not working, kitchen sink wobbly, duct-taped dishwasher and bathroom cabinet, bathtub panel separated, epoxy on exterior of washing machine).
