This exceptional ground floor two-bedroom unit offers a stunning view of the Fraser River, which can be enjoyed from the private deck.
The main living area is equipped with a flat-screen TV and a DVD player, elegantly placed in a wooden cabinet next to the wood-burning fireplace. It provides complimentary Wi-Fi access and features ample comfortable seating arranged in a western-themed decor. Please be aware that air conditioning is not available.
The updated kitchen boasts modern appliances, granite countertops, wooden cabinetry, and a custom-tiled backsplash, making meal preparation a pleasurable experience. Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining area includes a table and chairs that can comfortably accommodate six people.
The primary suite includes a king-sized bed, access to a private deck, and a fully renovated bathroom featuring a granite countertop vanity, tiled flooring, and a unique log-framed mirror. The second bedroom is outfitted with two twin beds, each supported by custom log bed frames. Additional features of the unit comprise a washer and dryer.
The complimentary town shuttle stop is located just a short distance away; however, you may also choose to stroll to Main Street, situated two blocks from your location, to experience the various restaurants, shops and outdoor events and activities available in the downtown area.
The recreation center features a designated children's area that includes games, a flat screen TV and appropriate furnishings. The expansive great room boasts vaulted ceilings and is equipped with a pool table, a dining table with chairs, a small kitchenette, and large windows flanking a gas fireplace. Additionally, there is a large flat screen TV, a computer station with complimentary Wi-Fi and ample seating. The locker rooms are designed with tiled flooring and include bathroom stalls, showers and lockers for convenience. The main pool and spa area is enclosed by large glass windows and contains an indoor pool, two hot tubs and a cozy sitting area with a table and chairs. Access to a spacious sundeck furnished with comfortable lounge chairs and an outdoor hot tub is also available. Furthermore, a compact workout area is provided, featuring a weight room equipped with a treadmill and a stationary bike.
Guests are not allowed to smoke or bring pets onto the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association. These regulations will be rigorously upheld, with a 200 fine imposed on guests who violate them.

    They should remove the remodeled verbiage from this. Maybe 10 years ago it was remodeled but now it’s run down, dated, and dirty. The remote controls were clearly dirty with food on them, baseboards you could tell haven’t been cleaned for some time, found people’s emergency wrappers, and the bathroom ceiling had mold. I should have rented a hotel.

    The condo is so clean, the location was parenting so close to town, sledding and WP resort! The indoor pool and hot tub were amazing as well!The kitchenware, especially the pots are old and hard to cook in. The hairdryer seems like it’s from the 50s so I’d bring my own in the future.

    We stayed two nights for my husband's birthday. We have 6 and 3 year old boys. The boys loved the pool and the hot tubs were fabulous! The property is very well taken care of.     Excellent location, close to main street, with blue line bus stop across. Kitchen well stocked. Be aware there is no Uber or Lyft just the public transportation, but very combiniemt and the second day you will get use to it. Limited grocery store near by but can get you ny. westocked

    Me and my husband, dad, and brother stayed here while doing some spring skiing at Winter Park. The place was in a great location and we loved using the fireplace and having the back doors open to hear the river right behind the unit. Other than a broken sink faucet which will likely (?) be repaired soon, the place was in great condition! Would stay here again.

    This property made for a great home away from home on a skiing trip. We were able to cook from home, walk to the bars and restaurants, and stay warm and connected for a couple nights trip to Winter Park. Check in was a little confusing but just make sure to go to the main office in beaver village just offsite.
