The room was clean with awesome amenities. Lots of games available plus hot tubs and a fire pit right outside your door. Location just off Main Street is perfect. Walking distance from everything that downtown Breckenridge has to offer!

Stayed Dec 27, 2024The location was amazing. The condo was nice and clean…a little dated. A little disappointed that we couldn’t use the fireplace on a couple of cold evenings. Overall…we would recommend.

I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was lovely inside and had everything we needed. Great location, we could walk to everything on main street. Check in went smoothly. We arrived late in the evening and had been given clear instructions on where and how to pick up our keys. The only issue to be aware of is that there is no A/C. This wasn't a huge problem during our stay as it was very cool in Breckenridge the week we were there. The issue was that you had to keep the windows open to cool down the condo and the condo is located on a courtyard with a hot tub (sadly out of order) and a fire pit. We were rather uncomfortable leaving the windows open over night and while we were gone all day hiking, as anyone could have easily entered through the windows/screens. There really is no way to solve this, so just be aware. Also, the people above our unit were very loud. Woke us up at all hours. Overall, the place was very nice, clean and had a great location, just a few things took away from giving a 10/10.
