Check in was smooth… unit was nice… takeaways were that the shower did not drain, the mattress had some stains on it and there was no laundry detergent

The condo was clean, cozy and quite, just like we wanted it to be. We were close to great restaurants and family which made it a very relaxing stay. Love to stay there again if available.

Proximity, atmosphere, comfort, decor

Everything was good except: stains on matress, no matress pad. The beds were uncomfortable and the shower didn't have enough pressure. I

A little dated and a couple of issues but not deal breakers. All in all very comfortable and I love the area!!

Pet friendly. Very clean. Felt misled that I had to pay VRBO AND REALTY for booking.

Nice condo. Very clean. Could use a little updating. 2nd floor. No elevator. Convenient. Outdoor pools are for OWNERS only. Indoor pool and hot tub were under repair. They were also closed last year for repairs when we were there. If pool is important I do not recommend this condo. Otherwise it’s fine.

This was my 3rd time I’ve stayed here and it was excellent. The only thing is the toilet seat needs to be changed, when the paint starts to wear off on one side, It’s time to change it. Other than that I had a great experience.

The place is beautiful- located on a golf course. Centrally located near Sunset Beach and not far from Ocean Isle.The area is gorgeous. Great place to stay when you truly need to get away to relax. Its truly peaceful.

The furniture is decades old. The beds are like mush. The coffee maker is so old. They need to invest in upgrades. The location was convenient and getting in and out of the apartment was easy. Second floor walk up was fine.

We had a nice stay. The property was clean and comfortable. The location was convenient to the beach, golf, and Calabash. Would stay there again.

The place was beautiful and the location was great. I definitely would stay again.Suggestions to the host - Only one roll of toilet paper was available, one dish towel provided, no pot holders and no mixing bowl.

Unit was very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

The property was excellent, well maintained,and excellent sunsets. Few very minor problems…there were no dishrags or dish towels in the kitchen, the hair dryer didn’t work, the lightbulb in the bedroom isn’t functioning, the ice cube trays are too miniscule,and finally, replace the cheap useless toilet paper. These are very minor problems though. Overall, a lovely place and will come again. Thanks for your hospitality!

Loved it! Clean and peaceful

We stayed here while house hunting. We were pleasantly surprised and impressed with this place. It was clean, well outfitted and the location was great. Communication was excellent. Definitely recommend!!

Condo is very convenient, to a great golf community. The only negative I find is the bed feels like a little inexpensive child bed. Overall it’s a great place.

Properly was exactly as listed. It was perfect and very peaceful. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen well equipped. Location was perfect. Will definitely return!

Loved this place! It’s on second floor but not a bad climb. Only thing was the bathroom was not completely clean, floor had hair, shower liner needed to be replaced and would have like to have disposable sponges and dish soap in the kitchen. Other than that, we were very happy, would definitely stay again.

This place was absolutely perfect for me. Everything was clean and in order, and the communication was excellent. Hopefully I can stay there again next year.

The property was great however we were unable to get in touch with the realty company so we drove to their office to confirm what amenities if any we had access to. We were confused by all of the pictures on the listing of the different pools on site and the comment about one of the village centers being under construction. It was a bit misleading as we were told we had no access to any pools in the resort. We asked about paying a fee for the pool and that was not an option either however that is what the listing states. We would recommend removing the option for pools especially since the resort doesn’t even know if the renovations will allow this property access in the future to those amenities per the convention center receptionists. We would also recommend providing a small Dawn or sponge for the kitchen sink. There were a lot of dishes we had to rewash because of stuck on dried food. The coffee pot was disgusting and doesn’t look like it was cleaned after the last use and the Keurig needs descaling and didn’t run water through very well. We ended up purchasing premade coffee for our stay.

Ideal location and place was very well kept and clean

We truly enjoyed the peacefulness and the setting of this lovely condo. The keurig coffee maker should be replaced, doesn’t work well and the wifei did not work even after the management company addressed it. It was all duable since we only stayed two days.
