Stayed Mar 24, 2024Nice layout. Nice quiet and convenient location. More space than we needed, since there was only two of us. It would be ideal for 4. It was odd that the property manager communicated by text, rather than email. While we travel in the US, we don’t have access to texting so I didn’t get the access codes and updates, such as the check in location being changed from the activity centre to the convention centre. Once checked in, the property manager changed the communication method to email. When we entered the unit, it didn’t smell clean or disinfected. As we started to unpack and get organized, we realized that the unit wasn’t very clean at all: dishes and pots and pans were dirty, human hair was found in the dresser drawers, cutlery and cutlery tray were very dirty, the shower curtain was so mouldy we had to put it into another room. Having said that, we did report the issues and they apologized and changed out the shower curtain the next day.

Stayed Jul 19, 2019Our stay at the villa was great. The only thing I would change would be the time the pool closes and check out time. We did manage to be out by the 10 am checkout, but it would have been even better to have had another hour. All in all though it was a great place to stay and i would stay there again in the future.
