River City Resorts: Bluebonnet Haus CW B213 : Free Tubes with Rental!

Air conditioner did not work and limited parking made the stay pretty uncomfortable. Felt like more of a hassle than a getaway. There was no option for additional parking for a larger group and I was advised by the host to “google free parking around the area.” Also, shower water went cold fast.

Great location, easy river access. Loved the early check in option !! Cons: you do not have control of the AC, uncomfortable bed, extremely small kitchen(don’t plan on cooking something that requires counter space), lots of fines if you lose something (wrist band or damage tube), change fridge temp etc. Also don’t book from 3rd party you pay more money in fees, book directly through their website.

I would recommend this to others but had a couple of thoughts to improve: Couch needs replacing, could have used one decent sauteing pan. The beds are memory foam and those were very comfortable! Both bathrooms were very spacious and the closets too. It was nice to have a small deck outside the bedroom and front living room as well.We did not use the tubes available but it was good to know they were there had we not been so busy with family. The town of Gruene (1o min away) is probably my favorite. LOVE it!Overall the property was quiet for the most part. There are neighbors who live across from the condo but they were pleasant and very considerate when we did interact.The location is off any main roads so the traffic was fairly light, even the town we were near it wasn't bad. Landa Park was down the road and that is gorgeous! Great for kids and families with a pool, picnic areas, a train ride for the kids and so green and plush. Lots of space!Would probably rent this same one again, but we may be moving to TX and possibly won't need it! Thanks for helping our stay be pleasurable

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was very comfortable and it was perfect for our group. We traveled with small kids and the access to the river and being able to get off at the condo exit was the perfect amount of time for the little ones.

We were very happy with our cute condo. Location was perfect for us. We enjoyed floating the Comal, Schliterbaun and dining at local restaurants. Spent the last day relaxing at the pool . Was a nice time spent together

Also the smoke detector in the 2nd bedroom kept going off during the night. It needs to be checked.
