Perfect location. Love enjoying breakfast on the balcony!

The view of the ocean and the lake was very beautiful. There was an issue with an internet outage and the condo's garbage bin being too full (because of construction being done on other condos in the complex), but the owner / property manager was fantastic about responding to our calls about those issues. Great location and lots of fun!

The beach view was fantastic from our balcony. I spent many hours there enjoying the sights and sounds of the waves.

Thomas was welcoming and kept us informed of any issues we needed to know about. The king bed was very comfortable and the shower was really great.

We had a great time our recent stay. The view was beautiful and the condo was exactly as explained in the description. The weather didn't always cooperate, but even though it was cold at times, the beautiful view made up for it! Highly recommend this place!

Once again Thomas and Melissa were great hosts and we had a wonderful vacation! Water views, sandy beach and relaxation - what more could you want! Feel like there were a few upgrades to the unit since our least stay and it was a nice surprise.

Everything was great. Renting the condo was easy and the owners were fantastic and accommodating. The place itself was perfect for us, comfy, and has an incredible view of the pristine beach. The surrounding community had plenty of fun things to do but the beach access was very easy and by far our favorite. We will certainly be coming back soon!

Love this place. Perfect for a family with young children. Clean, quiet and the views were everything you would want in a beach vacation. Sitting on the patio watching the sunrise was one of my favorite things. Beach access was easy and every morning our beach chairs were set up by 7am.Beach was not crowded even on Memorial Day Weekend. Pool offered a nice break after spending all day in the ocean. Host communicated well and we had no issues at all during our stay. Would 100% recommend if your looking to be on the beach in Santa Rosa/30A.

We enjoyed the view from the balcony and the closeness to the beach. The condo is also walkable to the Steamboat Grill, which has excellent food and drink.

We enjoyed our stay close to all the 30A has to offer! Great beach walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Enjoyed renting E-bikes they are a great way to get around.

Perfect get away for myself and two kids. I could easily see them on the beach from the balcony. The living room space is bigger than I imagined in the pictures very comfortable and clean.

Beautiful, comfortable and well-appointed condo on a lovely beach. Walking distance from several restaurants and shops. Our host promptly responded when we had a question. Additional/brighter lights in bathroom and a new kitchen faucet would be helpful. But overall this is a great place to stay! Hoping to return for another visit next year.

We visited in winter. Great beach views/access, and a wonderful location. Right on the beach, but in a quiet neighborhood away from traffic. Still has great access to good restaurants, bars and shops. Condo was up-to-date with all we needed. Owners responded quickly to a few questions that we had. Will definitely try to stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Emerald Oasis! The check in process was a breeze, the condo was clean, and the view was spectacular! We were relaxed and comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony while watching the waves. We highly recommend this condo and hope to stay there in the future!

Fabulous beachfront condo!! Location is perfect, close to Eastern Lake with beautiful views and multiple opportunities each day to watch the dolphins play. Also within walking distance to many excellent restaurants and coffee shops. The owners kindly shared their favorite restaurants and activities upon request and each that we visited and participated in were wonderful. We will definitely be back!

Loved the location. Loved being right on the beach! Short drive to shopping & restaurants. The beach buggy was so handy!

Everything was as advertised. The main draw to this condo is the location and views. Having beach chairs and umbrellas set up each day was a nice surprise.

This is a great place! Location is perfect, beach in that area is primarily private and separated on the left by a small lake. The unit was perfect. Nice furniture and comfortable beds. My (adult) friend slept in hallway bunk and loved it. Kitchen is well stocked with everything necessary to eat in. The balcony was our favorite. Close to the beach and furniture was perfect. Will stay there again.

The listing exactly what you see online. The condo is beachfront with easy access to the water and the umbrella serviced provided is a wonderful bonus. The owners are quick to respond and very accommodating. The only downside is that the building itself is very old and dated and needs thorough renovation. Overall, the location is perfect and would definitely recommend!

The location is fantastic. The beach is beautiful and the area isn’t too crowded. The condo was nice and clean on arrival and communication with the host was easy. One thing to note is that the head room on the top bunk bed is so low that it isn’t actually usable. It didn’t matter for us, but for families with more than one child just something to know.
