Sea Trail Plantation is a residential community located in Sunset Beach, North Carolina. Sunset Beach Park (0.8 miles), Sunset Beach Seashore (1.9 miles), Sunset Beach Fishing Pier (1.9 miles), Bald Beach (2.0miles), Ocean Isle Beach (5.5 miles), Myrtle Beach (32.1 miles), Southport - ferry rides (36.1 miles)

Three distinct golf courses, designed by Rees Jones, Willard Byrd, and Dan Maples, are accompanied by two clubhouses, putting greens, a driving range, and a golf learning center. The community’s numerous recreational offerings include indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a fitness center, walking and biking trails, tennis & pickleball courts, fishing ponds, and scheduled activities for all interests.

The community amenities are available to our guest for no additional charge. Key card available in condo*. Parking pass for free parking in Sunset Beach in a dedicated lot. Spaces will be first come, first served. Three Outdoor pool (unheated, depth 3' - 6'), indoor pool (heated), hot tub, picnic area, on-site restaurant. The pools and other amenities are open seasonally.

Condo amenities include Smart TVs, retro record player with a selection of old vinyl records, Polaroid camera, poker chips & cards, games for all ages, dining table that seats 6, awesome ceiling fans and a comfy leather couch!

Fully equipped kitchen, bar seating, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, blender, milkshake maker, toaster, Crockpot, cooking basics, dishware & flatware, Ecostar Wheat Straw dinnerware for kids, wine & champagne glasses, bonus kitchenette w/ microwave & Keurig coffee maker in mini suite.

Free WiFi (high speed), central heating & air conditioning, washer & dryer, linens & towels, robes, complimentary toiletries, hair dryer, keyless entry.
Community parking lot (7 vehicles, first-come, first-served), additional overflow parking available. Trailers are not permitted.

There is something for everyone! Ingram Planetarium (1.4 miles), Kindred Spirit Mailbox (2.4 miles) is must. We have a book in the condo telling the story, Bird Island Reserve (2.5 miles), Museum of Coastal Carolina (5.6 miles), The Swamp Park - Zip Line and ATV Park (6.9 miles), Alligator Adventure (17.9 miles), Ripley's Aquarium of Myrtle Beach (30.6 miles), Broadway at The Beach (31.4 miles) and so much more!
If shopping is more your thing there are plenty of places to explore. The Village at Sunset Beach (1.7 miles), Pelican Square Shopping Center (1.8 miles), Coastal North Town Center (12.8 miles), Callahan’s of Calabash (5.5 miles), The Cottages in Calabash (5.8 miles) have several little stores to explore. If you want to go a little further the Tanger Outlets (33.2 miles) are right over in Myrtle Beach SC. It is an easy drive to enjoy some great shopping!

Though we have a fully stocked kitchen in the condo it is always fun to go out and explore new restaurants. We will share some of our favorites in the condo on our interactive Guestview. We can also help arrange to have a cocktail hour set up with wine & charcutier or have a private chef come in to a cook a full meal.

We have several airports to get you close to Sunset Beach. Myrtle Beach International Airport (35.6 miles), Wilmington International Airport (49.5 miles), Raleigh-Durham International Airport (178 miles) The Raleigh Airport is perfect if you a visiting several areas of North Carolina.
