Nohemi, the property manager was very helpful and responsive. Checking in was a bit challenging for us because we couldn't get wifi at the airport. Also, I didn't have a Mexican SIM card. We were supposed to call on arrival. Our taxi driver couldn't find the condo. I wasn't aware that you couldn't put toilet paper into the toilet. That was an issue for us especially since there was no covered garbage bin.

Beach is spectacular. There is no shade during the afternoon and no place to actually sit on the beach in a chair with an umbrella or other shade options unless you bring them with you from home.

Condo was lacking, with limited supplies (very few towels, silverware, dishes cooking items, extra bedding). Unit is small which is ok, but cluttered with worn (extra) furniture that makes movement inside the condo difficult (old couch and excess chairs in dinning area, desk in bedroom and old furniture stuffed under the bed). We had to buy extra towels, dishes and dish towels, garbage bags etc...). Beautiful balcony, which was unusable do to excessive construction noise. We expected road noise, but the construction noise (7:30am to 7:30pm 7 days a week) was so loud, we could not even open the balcony door for fresh air. We know this is outside the owners control, but we were not made aware of the 3 high rise construction projects directly across and bèside the condo building. Unit pictures on the webpage don't show this and are old and should be updated. Pictures also don't show the clutter. Beach, ocean access and pool area were outstanding. Over all we are very disapointed with the condo. We had family staying a few doors down in another complex and they had a much nicer condo for 50/night less.

Property was good but the shower ran out of hot water once and the hot water to the kitchen sink took a long time to get there, They need to offer a toaster in the kitchen, other than that was a good stay

It was a nice quiet stay. Very safe and close to everything. *I would only suggest to update towels.

Clean and roomy

We enjoyed renting this condo. The condo came equipped with everything we needed for a 4 week stay. The location is great as you can enjoy the ocean, walking paths or take other transportation to explore Mazatlan.

John was fantastic with everything. From helping us get settled in. Any questions we had, recommendations for the area. Questions about our Service Dog from neighbors. He was just great. Couldn’t have asked for better. A note about the building though. The ramp is steep for wheelchairs, like a 45 or 50 degree angle. There is no way to get to the beach if you are in a wheelchair. There are ramps along the Malecon though, you will need to take a taxi though. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it and stay again.

as I could make contact with john landlord. internet and wifi went out. these people should not be part of VRBO . I have rented from you for many years with no problems.. this guy has no idea what is expected of him.he looks like a homeless person and the lady on your listing was there but didn't speak or understand English. I think he lived there and decided to get some rent money.very disappointing experience and he said he would refund any money because I didn't cancel before I arrived ???? so happy to forfeit 6 weeks of rent money just to be out of there.
