Resort with free waterpark, 1 1/2 miles from Disney!

Property was convenient! Pool area was super crowded when we visited over Spring Break, and we should have planned to get to the pool earlier if we wanted to spend any time there. Unfortunately, we left soon after arriving because there was no extra space to sit or put our things down. The unit was close to the parks and made getting there easy. Would recommend if you don't plan to spend too much time at the resort, or if you can get to the pool super early to save seats! Waterpark/pool area was cool and kids got to ride down the slides a few times before we left, so they did have a few minutes of fun there!

Place was perfect, location was great. Pool, water park, movie theater, snack bar And grill. Couldn't ask for anything more. Perfect week.

We had a wonderful vacation here!! Our room was perfect. Close to shopping and just a few minutes from Disney! The pool was nice and they had great food at the little restaurant. Would definitely stay here again!!

The place was nice and clean for the most part. The resort is close to the theme parks. The pool was kind of dirty. We enjoyed staying here and will plan to stay again in the near future. The owner Sissy was very nice and helpful

Our stay was great! The only thing I’d like to see added is luggage carts for those up on the higher floors!

Nice condo, great resort. Lots for young kids to do. Splash pool and waterpark made it fun to stay on site. Close to Disney and all the other big Orlando attractions.Check with owners on what is in the place and what you’ll need to buy, before you arrive.Easy check-in and easy checkout.Wish they would have some recycling capabilities though.

Condo well suited our needs. No complaints

Host was very welcoming. Things to improve; needs a new couch and chairs for living room. We had a hard time getting out of the couch. Needs more hand and bath cloths. Ants in the kitchen. Mattresses are about shot as wet as the pillows. The cleaning crew did a great job. It smelled and looked great.

Called once with a question and was answered immediately with the needed information. The condo was great, and the kids loved the pool.

Great location and everything you would need for your stay

The property was decent. The property managers were very kind, attentive and communicated very well. I was slightly disappointed in the lack of cleanliness inside. There was a bit of an odd smell to the condo, especially in the master closet. The smell in the master closet really smelled like urine. The floors were not clean and had visible dirt, and felt very sticky. The condo was picked up, things were in working order, it was easy to check in, the amenities were fabulous. Overall, not a terrible experience but I would pack my own blankets and towels staying here for cleanliness.

The property was wonderful, clean well maintained very pleasant atmosphere. Staff was great perfect place if you were traveling with children, the splash pads and the flume rides or godsend. I would definitely recommend it even as a place to stay if you’re not going to any of the parks.

Great location and a really well kitted out apartment. Check in was easy and when we had an issue with the AC it was sorted out immediately. The furnishings and decor are a little dated but this didn’t detract from it being a great stay. Only criticism is that the beds are not great, really soft and unsupportive.

We stayed here two days before leaving for a cruise! Location was great, pool and splash pad was fantastic! The resort employees were so nice and helpful! The condo was easy to get to, the owners gave us very clear instructions on accessing the property and condo itself. The condo was comfortable for the six of us, the two twin bed mattress’ could use an upgrade as my girls complained on how hard they were! Everything else was just what we needed and I would gladly stay here again!

We chose this property due to its proximity to Disney, and its pool and splash zone for my grand-daughter. The condo was perfect, and the hosts were exceptional. We encountered a family health emergency on our last day there, and they were wonderful in helping us navigate our departure and being flexible. I recommend them wholeheartedly. We will definitely choose this location again on our next visit!

I love it will be booking again

Overall our stay was fine. We enjoyed the resort we stayed in but the condo was outdated and not clean. The carpets were coming apart, the beds and box springs were very old the showered were very old and outdated, and some of the cabinet doors were falling apart. Unfortunately the room was not just outdated it was dirty. Most of the white towels had stains on as well as the white comforter that was on one of the beds. The beds in the kids room had crumbs on them and the bathroom floor had hair on it upon arrival. I hate to give bad reviews but I would have like to know this before our stay. On another note, the pool and the water slides were a huge hit with the kiddos.

The check in was made so easy, low expectations on checkout in comparison to other stays, they didn’t ask a lot! Very clean and nice home, will absolutely stay again. The amenities were 10/10 as well. The pool was amazing and kept nice an cool. The kids really enjoyed the slides. Overall one of the best stays I’ve had!

Everything was really good only thing that I could say is that when it rained the water on the balcony didn’t drain stayed on the floor other than that excellent stay !!!

Location, pool, yummy food at market place was great. Housekeeping should do a much needed deep clwaning.

Excellent, clear, and thorough directions for the stay. Plenty of space for us and our three kids. The pool, arcade, and welcome center were a great relaxing treat for in between FL activities. Perfect location for getting to various places around the area - and a Starbucks very close by.

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. The location was great to Disney as well as other restaurants and shopping. The water park was a great break from Disney. The down-side was that it filled up fast and was very hard to get chairs. We would stay at this property again.

We had a wonderful time staying here. The waterpark was great for the grandkids.We did have to go out and purchase toilet paper, garbage bags, and dishwasher soap. Since there was only 2 of each of those items for our weeklong stay. Otherwise, we had a great time.

Great location! We enjoyed the pool and game room. The room was clean and spacious and a short drive to Disney. We will definitely be back!

Heated Pool was amazing

The place location and community are great. But furniture specialy beds needs to be replaced, and kitchen utensils are outdated.Leaving room blinds in poor condicion .Cleaning needs improvement.

The only good things about the place is it’s more affordable than staying in Disney World and its proximity to Disney World. The condo is very out dated and not very clean. We had an issue with bugs! My grandson got bites on his arm and we have no idea from what! I understand there are bugs in Florida, but you don’t expect to have them in the place you’re staying in! I did communicate with the owner about this and the reply was thank you for letting us know, I am sorry!

The condo was in a great location to drive to all of the parks. The pool area is awesome but make sure to check with the property to verify if it is open. The adult pool was closed for the 1st two days of our trip (we were not informed of this) and the onsite staff were some of the rudest we have ever come across. I know this is not a direct reflection of the host, but it did make for a stressful check-in and 1st day. Communication with Sissy was great but that didn't make up for the closed pool. The condo was sufficient but could use a deep cleaning.

We were evacuating the Tampa area due to Hurricane Milton.the condo was so relaxing and nice to take our minds off of the danger we left behind.

Pool was closed for maintenance. But it was everything else we wanted

Was overall pleased and would stay again. The pool was being re tiled so couldn’t use the pool.
