Resort Style Golf Retreat including tennis and pickle ball!

The communication with the host (Oliver) was flawless, The check-in was easy, the location was great, but the best part was the view from the balcony every morning and evening. I definitely enjoyed my stay.

I stayed at Olivers property for 4 weeks as a medical student on a clinical rotation. The condo was in a beautiful community and very well kept. Oliver was a great host, very helpful and easy to reach when I had questions. The condo was beautiful and well decorated with a very homey feel. As someone who stayed there for some time by myself, I can say I felt very safe in the condo and the community as a whole. Lots to do in the area in terms of shopping and places to eat. Also not a far drive to some beautiful beaches on the gulf coast. If you are looking for a great place to stay in the area, I highly recommend booking this place. I had a wonderful experience!

We had such a wonderful stay at 16814 Vardon Terrace! Oliver is so awesome and his property is gorgeous! Clean, well equipped, terrific location and amazing amenities! I played Pickleball and met the nicest people! The Clubhouse and Pool are outstanding. We loved the Condo Lanai too, sat out there in the morning and evening every day - so quiet and peaceful! Fantastic experience, thank you Oliver!!

Very enjoyable

Oliver's listing was just as nice as the pictures and he was very responsive. The community was easy to access and close to grocery stores, etc. This was probably the best-stocked VRBO I've ever stayed in, it had anything you could need with regard to kitchen and laundry supplies.

Condo had everything we needed to make our stay wonderful. Oliver was great to work with. Checked on us to make sure all was good.

We rented this condo for 6 weeks while waiting for our new home to be finished. We loved everything about the condo. The community, Lakewood National, is amazing. We used the gym and pool almost daily. The pool has two waterfalls and a great ambiance with music playing. We met some other families there too. The gym has everything you need for serious weightlifting. We played pickleball a few times too. The condo was perfect for us. We were a family of 5 and our son slept in the sofa/bed next to the kitchen. He piled up some cushions to block off his room and really liked it. Everything is very modern and the TV has Netflix. We appreciated being able to receive Amazon deliveries and postal mail. We also used the bikes a few times to ride around the neighborhood. We had an issue with the garbage disposal and the owner had a handyman out to fix it right away. He was very responsive when we had questions or needed something. Overall our stay was perfect and I highly recommend staying at Oliver's condo. To be honest once we got moved into to our new house, we missed the Lakewood National community especially the pool. It really is that amazing.

We had a wonderful time staying here - the property was beautiful and very tastefully decorated, the amenities both in-room and in the resort-style community were excellent. Pretty much everything you need is supplied by the host, Oliver, including beach supplies and bikes. Oliver was approachable, very responsive, accommodating, and looks out for his guests. We've never had a better host! Needless to say, we highly recommend this property.
