Resort Style Complex on the Sand

Host communication was very good, unit was clean and as described and had everything we needed for a awesome Family and beach time. Grounds are amazing and pool and hot tub also. Great location and short walk to the beach. Host was very gracious with us as we had a Family emergency just before the trip.

This was such a lovely place to stay! The property is beautiful! Just a short walk to the beach, and the condo even had boogie boards and beach chairs for us to use! Loved the pool and hot tub too.

This place was even better than it looks in the pictures! The host was very kind. The notebook with instructions a gave us everything we needed to know. There were ample towels! The kitchen had everything we needed so we bought groceries and enjoyed relaxing evenings at home, by the grill, and at the pool. We had beautiful morning walks to the beach, and when we were full of sand, the showers were clean and stocked with shampoo, body wash, and soap. The floor was very easy to clean and the vacuum worked well. On hot days, we plugged in the multiple fans we found in the closet. The windows helped with a nice cross breeze.

We had a wonderful time! The property is wonderful, landscaping around the unit is beautiful, everything was clean and user-friendly. Can't say enough about this place. We will be back!

The complex grounds were beautiful and well- cared for and the balcony was sunny and had a partial view of the ocean. The host responded quickly to a few minor concerns but overall the unit was not as nice as we expected. The showers have been recently remodeled, but the kitchen needs updating

We spent Christmas with family at North Coast Village in G118. Very spacious condo. It had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Smaller kitchen but with everything you needed for meals. The balcony was nice and was overlooking the grounds. We had a peekaboo ocean view. The community was decorated for Christmas and was so pretty. The condos were a short walk to the beach through the complex. There was a large pool, jacuzzi, game room with pool table, foosball. 3 different workout areas were available as well. There is a small putting green but bring your clubs. There was an koi pond where you could feed the fish. Our granddaughter loved this. Our family will always have special memories of our time here.

We had the best time! Friends had suggested the property and it did not disappoint! The grounds and property were like a Hawaiian oasis! Our condo was great. Well stocked with boogie boards, chairs and towels for the beach. It wasn’t cluttered or tacky. It was as exactly as advertised. The master bed was so comfy!! We had such a wonderful trip! Thank you Jim for your hospitality!

Fantastic accommodations! Centrally located & walking distance to the Marina, Beach & Pier. Property Manager was amazing & had phenomenal communication for Check In & Check Out Process & made my family & I feel very welcomed & at home. Highly recommended & would stay here again

Great Condo in a beautiful complex. It was clean and well equipped for the beach with chairs and umbrellas. There are very few two bedroom units at NCV and this is one of them. It's in a quiet spot on the property, a bit further away from the pool/spa/grill. We were happy with our stay and would go there again.

Very comfortable, inviting home. It really did feel like a home away from home. Plenty of space for our family. So thankful for the zipper bags provided, so thoughtful. The towels were such a help too. we used our own towels for the beach and their towels for the pool.

Our stay in Oceanside was a dream - we truly loved having access to the ocean, pool, and it was walking distance to restaurants and a delicious ice cream and candy shop. Our family of 4 felt comfortable in our condo and would go back in a heart beat. Jim (Host) was so accommodating and answered any and all questions right away. Thank you for a memorable experience!!

Great place to stay!

Stayed here for a soccer tournament along with other members of the team in other condos. Location was good but had an issue with the shower knob breaking. Owner nice and offered to fix right away. Beach was under construction and weather was May-gray, but over all a good stay.

The grounds are meticulously groomed, most beautiful gardens ever and the waterscapes are magnificent. The condo was nice, clean and comfortable for the most part. The minor complaint is the extra soft mattress in the master bedroom that had no support. Gym, sauna and weight room are most impressive I didn’t rate it a 5, only because we were expecting a smaller condo community. It was March break and for a family, the large pool was perfect, loaded with children. We are retired and would have preferred something a bit more quiet. Perhaps nice wooden lawn furniture in quieter areas of the most delightful grounds, would be a solution. Somewhere outdoors to relax.in a quieter venue. Oh yes…the walk a short distance to the awesome beach and impressive surf was a real bonus.

Enjoyable as we were able to spend time with friends. The weather was not good and the condominium is dated with poor heating. Obviously in the spring and summer this would not be a necessity, so I consider the accommodation as more appropriate for those months. An important plus is the main bedroom bed, which is king size and very comfortable. I have rated all factors as good and not very good. My reasons are that, even though everything in the condo was clean, the heating vents in the walls need a major clean out. Also, we had a problem with the living room television. Jim responded quickly to rectify that, but without telling us he organised third party access to the condo when we were not there. Clearly, a security issue. In addition, the condominium is in a very large complex, and largely due to maintenance work and the proximity of neighbours, it was at times, very noisy. In summary, I think this accommodation is more appropriate for a young couple with one or two children, looking for a beach/ poolside holiday.

The condo grounds are absolutely beautiful and walking distance to the beach & small restaurants/shops. The condo is comfortable and the owner is helpful, knowledgeable, gracious, & welcoming. We will definitely be back and stay at this property. We are excited for our next visit.

With two bathrooms, 3 TVs and 6 sleeping sites, perfect for me, my wife and 3 teens. An unexpected pleasure were 3 boogie boards and plenty of beach chairs and towels! It took about 7 minutes to walk to the beach, and right by lifeguard tower 8, there is a bathroom. It was within a 15-20 minutes walk of food and entertainment in downtown Oceanside. We did not take advantage of any HOA amenities like the pool and gym, but they all seemed nice. Coming form out of state and wanting to beach as much as possible, who wants to do anything else?

Age of the property shows. Kitchen you could tell had been updated. Bathrooms needed the same. More seating was needed for the outside table.

The property here was great! The grounds are beautiful and the pool and hot tub are really nice. The buildings themselves seem a little outdated, all of the floors are extremely crooked and sloping which was a little strange. But the place was very clean and nicely stocked. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. Walking distance to shops and restaurants

Our family had a wonderful stay at the condo. It had everything we needed and was comfortable and relaxing. Last year the unit we stayed in had so much train noise, and we were so happy to be able to sleep comfortably with the windows open and not hear the train all night! We would absolutely stay again!

Condo had everything that we needed. Communication and responsiveness of manager was great. Complex has great access to a nice beach and restaurants at the Oceanside Harbor.
