The property was as advertised, however the beaches were not very accessible. The employees at the resort were not informative or helpful..The owner was great.

Our stay was amazing! The communication was great and the view even better. The pictures don't do this property justice. It was clean, spacious and they even supplied the goods as my grandson said...he found the beach toys. The view of the Gulf is outstanding and there is a lot to do on the property. I can't wait to book for next year!

Condo was everything we needed and more. Many amenities for our kids on site. Clint was so easy to get a hold of when we needed him. Views were amazing and condo had everything to cook our breakfasts and our fresh fish for dinner. The resort is kept immaculate and has everything you need. We enjoyed everything from the restaurant to the hot tubs and indoor pools when it was raining and cold. Our kids loved putt putt and basketball courts. We will be staying againThank you Clint!

Clint was vey warm and welcoming and had great communication with us throughout our stay. Condo location is perfect and the parking spot right by the main entrance is a plus. Unit could use a few updates but nothing major, it is perfect for families. Access to the huge master bedroom closet to store or luggage and hang our clothes was a plus. Most owners lock this closet to use a storage but having this available really made a difference! We will definitely be back. Already planning a Christmas visit!

We had a great stay

This location had a lot to offer our family of seven. We were near the beach, near small grocery store and short drive to other types of shops, and most convenient was the multiple indoor and outdoor pools and putt putt to keep them busy when we weren’t at the beach.

We have a great time with lots to do for all ages. We had a few issues with key card and parking passes but owner responded quickly and we had them fixed.

Condo is very convenient to everything! Excellent parking spot. Excellent pools & lazy River & excellent view. Has a shuttle that takes you back & forth to the beach. Mattress on king beds could use an upgrade. They are not very comfortable. And pots & pan’s could use updated. This didn’t really matter to us because we ate out. We would stay here again.

connect with family, have fun together,& celebrate my wife's retirement. we made it all happen and enjoyed all the amenities at the resort. The Cobalt restaurant on property and other nearby restaurants all get high marks from us. We would highly recommend and hope to return in the future.

Property is in a great location. Just a short drive to the popular nightlife venues. View from the balcony is beautiful. Trolly to the beach is such a helpful amenity. We had a minor issue with our parking tags upon check in. We reached out to the property manager, Clint, and he was super responsive and got the problem solved immediately. Great customer service! Beds were more on the firm side. If we stay here again, I would probably pack a small mattress topper for comfort. Overall, great rental.

Condo was nice owner very responsive. Caribe Resort has no hospitality/public relations. Hard to find someone that worked there and if you did they were very rude and not happy nor helpful.

We had 4 toddlers and the Caribe provided plenty of entertainment as there was no need to leave the property! The condo had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable and The three bedrooms with their own bathrooms was a plus!

It was 4 days if spending time with my family. The weather could have been a little nicer but we had a couple of good days.
