My friend from the DC area visited me in Florida to escape from the cold and experience some of our precious sunshine. I was very fortunate to work through VRBO and end up in this beautiful condo on the beach. We could eat breakfast and watch the sunset on the patio which was literally on the beach. The condo was immaculate and furnished with everything you possibly need. The host was personable and very helpful. I would stay here again and again. Thank you for a great weekend.

Enjoyed the trip! Easy check in and check out. Great location, close to beach, restaurants, and groceries. Unit came with beach chairs, towels, and beach umbrella, and had a washer/dryer. Unit also had coffee filters, ample stocked kitchen, blender, toaster, and ice maker in fridge. Would stay here again.

The Unit was as described. Upon our arrival it was very clean and well maintained. The view from the balcony overlooked the pool and beach, sitting outside was awesome and relaxing. The staff at the pool bar was friendly and energetic. The pool was large and tons of loungers, chairs and tables with umbrellas. Large hot tub as well. We had an elderly relative with us, this unit is near the elevator and that was very convenient for us. Highly recommend this Unit. We will be back.

Communication was lacking for check-in and check-out. Prime location to the beach but good restaurants were 20 minutes away in down town St. Pete’s. Other vrbo’s typically have a binder available to the guest for local attractions/ restaurant suggestions.

Location was really good. Parking was good. The unit we stayed in was a good size and well furnished. The pool area was nice, and beach access was good.

Couldn't ask for more, on the beach with a pool. Bonus was the bar on-site a little spendy but great in a pinch. Small recommendation would be a pizza cutter and some basic seasonings (salt, pepper, etc.). Kids had a great time at the beach, umbrella and chairs was nice to have.

Great location close to amenities. Beautiful veiws pool is large compared to other resorts. Almost 5 stars the front door had some damage and never locked reason of concern and security. And roaches in toaster lol was a little ajaring but it is florida and staff was promt to bring an replacement. Thank you would definitely stay again

We enjoyed the property and the area of Treasure Island.

We had a lovely time at this property! The beds were comfortable, nice furniture and appliances. The location was wonderful! The property opens up directly on the beach where you could rent umbrellas and chairs. The pool and bar were open but still under construction from the hurricanes-we were happy to just be at the beach. We used the free Busch Gardens pass which was a nice amenity. All in all a great stay!

We were so happy with our stay. The condo had everything we needed. Everything was clean including the community areas. We loved the pool, hot tub, and easy access to the beach. Walking distance to John’s Pass was a big plus. We had a phone number to text the management company with questions and they responded right away. We would definitely choose to stay again.

We had an incredible time here. The view was gorgeous, and the condo was very comfortable for the five of us. We’d definitely stay again!

Everything was as expected

Overall communication with property management was ok. I feel that communication about amenities being unavailable came after cancellation deadline. Bathroom floors still had hair on floors upon arrival Property needs some updating .

Everything from booking to checking out was done without any issues. Place was as described , and the grounds of the condo are beautiful. Parking was easy, loved having our own designated spot and having it covered. Communication was perfect and always letting me know what the next step was without me asking. I didn’t have any issues and never had to contact anyone even though all the contact info was provided. Great stay and we will return!
