Resort Condo/Relax/ enjoy the outdoors/mountains. Easy access in Winter/ Ruidoso

Everything was perfect the condo was super clean everything we needed was there it was also nice and quiet the parking was nicely lighted, the property owner Robert responded quickly when we message him gave us insructions right away and that made everything much confortable for us.We enjoyed it very much and we will be returning for sure. Thank you

Robert was kind and prompt with his communication. Other than beautiful furniture and art in the living area, the property was run down and in need of updates. Steps up to the condo and the slanted landing would be dangerous for an older or infirm person. We locked the security door and front door before going to bed and both were wide open when we woke up. Nothing was stolen. There are no drapes, rugs or bathmats, making the condo lack warmth. No spare toilet paper or tissues. Gaps in the laminate flooring collected dirt, tub needed grout, just lots of cosmetic, easily reparable details that add up and affect the overall quality of the property. Bed was old and uncomfortable, pillows were flat. I know the owners are recovering from fires and floods so I’d rather not be unkind, but these are details I’d have liked to know before renting at this price point.

Great location for easy access to everything…short driving distance to the whole town. The condo was very nice with a very homey feeling. The owner was spot on with description of the condo, all available, directions to the condo, etc. I would definitely stay again on future visits! ?

Very nice, clean and tidy apartment condo. Very nicely decorated in Southwest art. The area seemed very quiet and safe.

The condo was in excellent condition, and the landlord was easy to communicate with. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will stay there again!

We had a wonderful stay the place was clean and well stocked Everything was as described owner was easy to deal with. unfortunately we probably won't return because the stairs were hard for my wife to no fault of the owner though we just didn't know but we highly recommend to other travelers who don't have any challenges
