Stayed May 23, 2026Overall it was a great stay. The check-in process was as smooth as I would have liked (and the communication overall was a little tough because it is two different phases - rental through Evolve which was totally fine) and then check-in and stay through owner of property and that wasn't great. I just didn't feel it could be counted on, but I did manage to get an earlier check-in time approved, which was nice. The other issue is the listing doesn't make clear that you cannot use the Kingsmill golf resorts as you have to rent through Kingsmill Resort itself in order to book tee times on the Kingsmill courses. The price to stay was comparable to renting through the resort and the size of the unit was perfect for our family so in that regard we had zero complaints. It was clean enough and everything worked as it should. The Kingsmill Resort property was better than it was 4 years ago (buffet was good again, property is kept very nice, tennis courts were great). And Busch Gardens was just as nice as it has always been.

Stayed Feb 20, 2026We had a wonderful stay at this VRBO while visiting Busch Gardens with our two children, their wives, and our grandbaby. The location couldn’t have been better — just a short drive to the park, as well as to restaurants and shopping.The home was perfect for a multi-family trip. Each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom, which gave everyone privacy and comfort, yet there was still plenty of space to gather together as a family. Parking was easy, and there was more than enough room for multiple vehicles.We especially appreciated the thoughtful extras. The host provided K-cups, snacks, dishwasher pods, and laundry detergent, which meant we didn’t have to do a big grocery run upon arrival. That made the trip so much more relaxing.Overall, this property was clean, spacious, convenient, and very family-friendly. Excellent location, minimal groceries needed, and ideal for a Busch Gardens getaway. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone traveling with a larger group or extended family.
