What a lovely place this was! Laura and Randy have really thought of every little touch and amenity to make a stay comfortable. And the view! Our favorite thing was sitting on the balcony, boat- and people-watching. The location was also great: close enough to walk everywhere in town but not noisy. The only thing that didn't agree with us was the bed, which has a thick foam topper that was too soft for us (we're used to our firm latex mattress), but we adapted by night 3! Different strokes for different folks, of course; for those who like a soft bed, it would be heavenly. Linens and towels were lovely, decor was perfect. Thank you again for a wonderful stay.

Fully equipped kitchen and facility. Since the condo is pet friendly, I felt comfortable with my chihuahua being there. My granddaughter took her outside frequently.

My mom and I stayed at this condo when I was younger, it was under different owners at that time. When I saw it was avaliable for my birthday weelend in December we booked it, and we are so happy we did. The condo itself is clean, in a great location, and stocked with everything you could think of. The owners were quick to respond, and communicated with us on everything before arrival. When we arrived, they had left a small gift with a card for my birthday. The trip was great and we are hoping to return, with our dog, this summer for a longer stay.

This is an absolutely lovely condo. It's fairly new, and I don't always like new, but it is furnished with warmth and good taste. Everything is there. Parking is no problem and lots of dining options are walkable. Great place.

We have stayed here for three years and we love it. The manager is wonderful and she always makes sure we enjoy our stay. I never want to leave when our vacation is over.

The owner is fantastic and the condo feels like home and is in a great location. You can easily walk to restaurants and downtown.

This location is amazing! The views are incredible and the amenities were endless. Clean,modern and uncluttered but yet everything you could need. Beach chairs and towels were so handy for the beach. Restaurants and shops within walking distance. So many activities close by. Loved hanging out on the balcony watching the boats and walking the pier. Laura has thought of everything and I loved the guest book with all the repeat visitors it definitely is comfortable and inviting!

Always a pleasure to stay here! Beautiful house, beautiful view. Dog friendly and everything you need is at your fingertips…very responsive with scheduling, your arrival, and your departure. Won’t stay anywhere else if I’m coming to this area. Thanks so much for sharing your place!

Our stay at Pelican Harbor is always excellent.We love the views, the comfort, the cleanliness and the convenience. The new renovation touches made it even better. And our host are always so helpful.

If Southport is your destination and you are looking for a condo with fantastic views and everything you will ever need then do not hesitate. This place has it all and so central for walking to bars and restaurants. Highly recommend Pelican Harbor II.

This is a very nicely furnished condo on the Southport waterfront across from the marina. Has a really nice covered porch with table and chairs. The building has an elevator. The hosts are very responsive. They have a lot of nice perks to make your stay effortless and a stocked kitchen. There’s a covered parking space which has easy access to the elevator. The host also provides a small grocery cart that was fabulous to be able to get our items to and from the car. Highly recommend this location.

We survived the unnamed potential tropical cyclone #8. Laura kept in touch with us to make sure we were safe. It was quite an experience.

Once again, I had a very enjoyable and relaxing stay at this waterfront condo. It has some of the best views in town. The place is always very clean and well-maintained with everything needed at the home for an enjoyable vacation. The owners also have great communication . I will definitely book again!

We LOVED this waterfront condo! The porch was big and perfect to eat enjoy the water view. There was plenty of space inside with an open lay out. It was clean and beautifully decorated. The other big perk was being able to walk to the waterfront restaurants and ice cream. Kids also loved it too! Woukd definitely come back :)

This is a beautiful condo that the pictures don’t do justice. The view is awesome from the second story, large covered deck. Host is very responsive. Having an elevator is definitely a plus.

Location is great ,easy walk to hang out in Southport restaurants and bars.Simple drive to get on Both ferries and local beach’s.Good views of the intercostal ,marine action and lighthouses. Spent 7 nights here and was wanting to stay more.

The hosts, Laura & Randy Strickland, went out of their way to make our stay extremely pleasant. Would definitely rent from them again.
