Stayed May 20, 2026Unfortunately the fire alarm and smoke detectors went off every night waking us up, I realize this might of been a building issue but did not allow great sleep due to that but don’t believe that’s the. Condo owners fault.

Stayed Sep 13, 2025This unit is in bad need of repairs. It’s in its original state. Entry door is very rusted and old. Beds are all terrible! Old thin linens, tiny, thin bath towels. Ceiling fan nearly falling when turned on, old original cabinets that need replacing, original carpet that is rough cut in the doorways w/no threshold. Terrible curtains that don’t cover doors. Should be removed from being s as rental!

Stayed Nov 10, 2023COMMODORE IS MY ABSOLUTE FAVORITE CONDO TO STAY IN WHEN I VISIT MY DAUGHTER AND SON-IN-LAW IN PCB. THIS WAS MY FIRST TIME STAYING IN 1303-VIEW WAS MAGNIFICENT-LOVED THE EASE OF BOOKING-IT WAS JUST A WONDERFUL TRIP. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS CONDO HIGHLY!

Stayed Sep 30, 2023Property was nice. The carpet and floors really need to be deep cleaned my feet stayed black. We were very careful about bringing any sand in was washing everything thoroughly before coming into the room.

Stayed Sep 18, 2023Commodore is our favorite complex… great views, good amenities. This unit was okay. A little outdated, but clean and had every thing we needed. I would rent again.
