Rent a Beachfront Studio in Paradise!

We have stayed in this condo many times. We love the location and the property manager was always very responsive for us if we needed her.The unit has air conditioning, laundry and level entry. It may not be a luxury hotel but it certainly met our needs and we will be staying there again

Kitchen worked out great and so did laundry. The place was totally stocked with everything you need for the beach. This was very helpful! The place needs some updates. The caulking to fill in large holes around the bathroom sink was not very effective or clean. The rust in the tub also needed some updates.

The room was nice and functional. The location is excellent with quick access to the beach.

Cozy, well equipped studio that had everything we needed for a wonderful stay in Kihei. At the time of our stay, the kitchen was well equipped with microwave, coffee maker, fridge, stove, oven, pots/pans, plenty of silverware, and adequate plates/bowls/cups to serve 4 people. There are to go mugs. Condo had 3 beach chairs, a few boogie boards, sand castle toy set. Someone had kindly added an egg crate topper to the queen bed, which helped make it more comfortable. The lanai is ground level, with beautiful plants, birds and sun intermittently during the day. Condo is a walkable distance to several beaches, restaurants and shops. Photos include picture of the Lanai at sunrise, blue rolling cart (NOT included in condo, but can be rented from Kihei Akamai Mobility) and shows the boogie boards in the condo.We had an absolutely lovely stay and hope to return. Everything about the unit was wonderful!It had everything we needed.It was clean and ready for us when we arrived.The bed was super comfortable.We liked the location in the complex to other amenities.Janet, the on island contact was super helpful and responsive.We will be staying again.Much Mahalo

Very easy communication. Convenient 1st floor. 2 minute walk from the beach. The only possible improvement would be that my wife would have liked more AC :-)

Great location, ground floor, directly across from tennis courts and pool. The unit was as advertised and very well priced. The unit is dated but the price more than made up for that. The washer and dryer is brand new and the bed was very comfortable. We didn't use the kitchen to cook but everything was there is you wanted to. I hope to stay again in the future.

It’s an older unit and we had a couple of issues but the host was very responsive to themWe enjoyed the location and the resort facilities If you want high end you need to go to a hotel If you want a budget place that has the basics and works this is it

Great stay, close to beach and all amenities

Recently spent an excellent 4 weeks at this cozy unit in Kihei Akahi. The location is amazing with Kam 2 literally across the street and some food/shops walkable. With our rental car the rest of the island was in easy reach. The unit has beach chairs and body boards for use as well as at least one beach umbrella and a couple of coolers.The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is that the unit is starting to show its age and we did run into a couple of issues. However, Janet (contact on the island) was extremely responsive and worked to address them promptly and definitely with the spirit of aloha! Would 100% stay again and recommend it for a couple to enjoy a relaxing stay in paradise. The sofa appears to convert to a comfortable bed but space may be a bit tight for more than two adults. All in all, excellent experience. Mahalo Leilani!

Such a cute little place we were able to walk down to the beach walk to some places to eat. It had towels and everything we needed for a fun beach day. The washer and dryer really helped us stay organized because we were able to clean stuff as we went. Perfect amount of space for two people highly recommend doing your breakfast on the cute little patio.

Check-in was easy. Condo was very cozy and probably the best priced place in Kihei! A short walk to Kam II beach park. We enjoyed our stay!

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was well equipped with everything we needed for the beach which is within walking distance. We used the pool and then grilled (so clean) a few times. The location is great as you can walk to restaurants, shopping, etc. The property is really well maintained and everyone was helpful and available if we had any questions. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

The Kihei Akahi is a lovely property and close to the beach and other amenities. The condo was well equipped and comfortable for the two of us.

Everything you could need & the best location!The only issue we had was night noise from the parking lot & path at the side of our ground level suite. People arriving & leaving at all hours of the night for flights. Garbage truck regularly comes in the middle of the night which is a bit startling.

My first time at this lovely studio condo and I will stay here again. The place has great appliances and is a perfect size for us. The property is beautiful and the pools had warm water. Also it is a great location!

This condo was perfect for us! It is well maintained and its location is excellent!It’s our hope to come back as soon as we can!

We had a lovely stay at Lani's - communication was clear and everything was as expected (I mistakenly thought it was a 1br and not a studio and had issues when first trying to submit payment but those are both issues with VRBO). The unit was clean, main bed comfortable, ac/ceiling fan good for cooling down the unit. The balcony was great for breakfast - you could smell the fragrant plumeria just sitting there. A couple run ins with a gecko and some bugs but that's to be expected in a tropical climate. Best to keep all food in the fridge! Well stocked with beach chairs/umbrellas/towels, but might be good to bring your own shampoo/conditioner if staying for an extended period. The beaches across the street were great -- very soft sand and seemed calmer in the mornings for snorkeling while we were there (with turtles!).

Great stay for a fantastic rate!

This property is right across from Kam 2 which is great for playing in the water and snorkeling at both ends. The property is well kept up and it is a pleasure to stay there. The small condo I rented was perfect for one or two people. I’ve rented the same condo 3 times and I love it. It isn’t fancy, but has everything you need!

This studio has all the equipment you’ll need for your stay. The positives-close to kam 2, close to heated pool, close to amenities, ac nice and cool, and very affordable for the area. Slept well in the bed and has a full kitchen which is nice for a studio.
