Stayed Feb 4, 2026Location was close to convention center. I’m not sure why the title of this listing said renovated….. led me to believe it was newly renovated. It was kind of beat up…. Not super clean…. The bedroom with the queen size bed had no closet or dresser. The couch in the living room was super worn…. Had a nice bottle of wine waiting for us, but it was kind of a joke since we didn’t have a wine opener… the washer and dryer worked . Had some concerns around the cleanliness of the bedding…also seemed old and stained. Literally had a towel per person staying.. if you want to be close to the convention center it was pretty close…. Still an Uber right away certainly not the .8 miles I read it was..

Stayed Nov 14, 2025The host was incredible! Had some trouble finding our place when we first arrived. Shot the host a message and got a response immediately. Turns out we had accidentally went to the wrong building! Got into our place no problem! The host was very cooperative and communicated well. :)

Stayed Apr 9, 2025Property was clean and welcoming. The table was set for us when we arrived. There was coffee for the coffee machine, laundry detergent, dish detergent, bath and beach towels. The property manager was so helpful when I had questions. I love the location and the pool area. There was a fire pit and a bar. I will definitely be back!

Stayed Dec 12, 2024This property is in the perfect location if you are attending an event at the Convention Center. The apartment was very clean and it had plenty of space for everyone. My only negative is that the furniture in the living room could use an update. Would definitely stay again when returning to Orlando.

Stayed Sep 20, 2024Very nice condo. Great location, only a few minutes away from Orange County Convention Center, Universal Studios. In walking distance to Publix. Easy Checkin and Checkout. Great pool area.
