Renovated Sunset Beach Waterfront Condo with Water Views, Pool, Fishing Dock & Beach Access.

My wife and I enjoyed a fantastic week at this property. The property is very upscale, with all the amenities you would want (although a dishwasher would be a welcome addition!). As we were traveling from Pennsylvania to Florida, we received a text that the AC was not working and their hopes of having it working by our arrival were not to be. They did provide a portable unit for the bedroom and long with the ceiling fans in the bedroom and living room, the condo stayed cool. Given how much damage adjoining properties received from hurricane Helene, the property managers did an outstanding job having the property ready to go for our stay. I do think the property rental fee is quite high compared to the other units in the complex.Allen all, I would recommend this property.

Entire place was renovated, brand new everything from top to bottom. Highly recommended!!

Very nice renovated condo. Appliances, furniture and other furnishings all updated and the bed was very comfortable. Best part, entire unit was very clean. Great location, beach right across the street and fun bar/restaurants within walking distance.

The host was very accommodating and quick to fix any issues which we really appreciated. It was a nice relaxing place to stay.

Condo was a bit smaller than expected, but updated. Description states clothes washer/dryer, but, unfortunately, this was not within the condo. Coin-operated laundry facilities are located on the premises, just not within the unit. This was the only true “inconvenience”. Otherwise, loved staying here! Location was the key- a short, 2 minute walk to the beach. Would recommend staying here. We will definitely book this property again!

Though we have vacationed multiple times to Florida and have stayed very close to Treasure Island, this was our first vacation to the area. We thoroughly enjoyed the secluded feel to the residential setting, with the cross to the beach over a non-busy street. The condo served all of our needs and is a step up from a studio, with the separate bedroom. The upgrades are very nice. The pool was outstanding, both in size and very comfortable water temperature-it had been serviced prior to our stay and was usable in time for our visit. The people we met in the pool and condo area, both owners and renters, were very friendly. The only negative comment we have is that we had several different team members from iTrips in and out of the condo in our first two days to navigate things that either could have been taken care of ahead of the visit, like a broken ice maker and making sure we had the stated, provided beach towels, or information regarding use of items in the condo, (like TV and fan remotes) that could be provided in a book in the condo for guest renters. Otherwise, our stay was relaxing and enjoyable, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend the condo and the area.

We had an excellent time definitely recommend everything was as shown private beach was awesome we was only 100 steps to water and it’s definitely a great value for the price
