Renovated, steps to restaurants, mountain views, on free bus route

Beautiful modern condo. Very comfortable and we loved being right downtown. Lots of dining and shopping within walking distance.

Booked this for a tile contractor. He was happy with location. We had a mixup with the checkout process. The cleanup process was circa 2018-2020. Didn't realize until after I received additional 150 cleaning charges upon checkout that we had to strip beds, do dishes, take out all the trash and keep tidy. The tenant definitly could have done better, but I assumed the checkout reminder message entailed all the checkout instructions.

Host responded always quickly, location, very good! Amenities unreal, one of the best VRBO's!

This place was perfect! Just as described. Roomy and comfortable. Would be perfect for a family or group. With just me and my wife we felt spoiled with all of the room. Had everything we needed in the kitchen and was near everything in Winter Park. Once we parked we didn’t need to get in the car again. Right on the main road. The bus to the ski area stops right out front. Shopping and restaurants nearby. We will definitely book again on our next trip to Winter Park.

Perfect condo fo a small group or a few friends and a great place to wind down after a day on the slopes. Super close to the mountain and a short walk to everything along US 40. Condo was spacious and had everything we needed for our stay.

Very nice, clean and comfortable, the walking up and down those steps was a bit tiring, but at 82 all stairs are tiring.

We had an amazing time. The unit was as described. The location is fantastic. Within walking distance to the grocery store, gas station, various restaurants, stores and the city center park. The bus stop is across the street. It was very easy to communicate with the owner. Highly recommended. Would definitely stay there again.

It was clean, it seemed brand new. It had all we needed. Bedrooms and bathrooms were just right for me, my son and nephew. Location was ideal. Kitchen was nicely equipped. We parked right by the stairs, so that was convenient. We were able to walk to Randi’s for dinner. We didn’t use the laundry, but it was also very convenient. I would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay! City center! Cozy place

The unit is in a great location for Winter Park and is well appointed, clean and in very good condition. The additional condiments, snacks, etc. left by the owners or previous renters was very helpful and useful. Pantry unit next to Fridge is great. However, there were a few things that led us to downrate the review some. The Rain head shower in the tub is not our kind of shower head and the tub was not easy for my 82yr old wife or handicapped son to get in or out of..

Great central location, easy walk to plenty of restaurants while being comfy and relatively quiet. We will definitely be back!
