Renovated oceanfront condo w/ access to fishing pier and amazing outdoor view

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My whole family came and everyone had a great time! The weather was nice and warm, but not too warm. The room was great and always enjoy staying on the 3rd floor to have a better view of the ocean. My daughters and sons-in-law and children had a great time and really enjoyed the pool. We had good food at several different locations around the Charleston area. A very good vacation and we can't wait to come back!

This third floor cabin had a great ocean view and was updated with new floors, countertops, and bathroom. We enjoyed our quick trip to IOP.

Our favorite part was the unobstructed view from the 3rd floor balcony of the beach. We ate every meal at the high topped table for two and when storms rolled in one afternoon we sat on the balcony in the Adirondack chairs and watched the storm clouds blow away.

Property was nice, clean and neat kept. A little small but it sufficed well for what I was looking for.

Was a great stay with a wonderful view of the ocean. Was as advertised and extremely satisfied with our stay!! Great communication and plenty of space for what we needed. Will definitely consider again for future stays.

I didn't have a car and was able to walk to restaurants, grocery store, everywhere. Will definitely be back.

Tight quarters in the bedroom and the kitchen was missing some items that would have been helpful in preparing meals, but we would definitely stay again.

The furniture is filthy and worn and too large for the space. We covered it with sheets because it was so dirty. The flooring is in need of repair. The coffee pot is one of those little ones so we had to make multiple pots every morning.On the good side, the lanai had relatively new carpet and the furniture was very comfortable.The best part of the unit is the great view!! We enjoy watching all the surfers and people on the beach.The maintenance department is very responsive. The DVD player was not working and they brought another over and installed it the same I that I reported it.I would stay here again for the view.

Needed brighter lights in the bathroom, furniture appeared dirty or just worn out. We covered it with a bed sheet. Outside of Sea Cabins are in need of some maintenance.
