Beautiful place right on the square. We loved the convenience!!

Spacious, well appointed, convenient location. A little loud with the downstairs hubbub, but shops close at 10.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit is adorable! We were not thrilled that we didn’t know there was no handicap access. My daughter just had surgery and is on crutches. There were also painters outside the windows of the unit all day Saturday. They tarted the stairs which made it even more unsafe for our daughter. They were also peering in the kitchen and bathrooms. Not in an inappropriate way- just very uncomfortable for us- especially in the bathrooms. There are a few blinds that are broken in the unit. Also, the bunk room shelf in between the beds is very dirty.

Loved the shopping and restaurants nearby. The C-Bar next door has happy hour from 3-5. Management is top notch. They are very accommodating and prompt with any concerns or questions. I would give this a 5-star except the noise. The produce trucks come at 4:30am every morning, the garbage trucks come right after and the street vendors and construction start at 7:30. You can’t escape the noise of deliveries and all. Bring your noise cancelling headphones!

I do believe that feedback is a gift so I would like to share the following:More information prior to arrival on parking and how to enter the apartment would have been helpful. We did not know you could park in the one hour parking that was right behind the unit. We lugged our luggage from afar and then realized after chatting with some attendants. We also didnt realize that you enter from the front of the unit near the bump and baby porch and after calling three times still figured it out on our own.The house was for 10 people and only had one full length mirror in the whole place located in the master bedroom. Not great for the other people in the house (not staying in the master). Trying to have everyone outside of the master get ready in one very small bathroom that also housed the washer/dryer (and was very hot) was also difficult. The master bath was huge and wasted on the two people in that room since you could only enter through their bedroom. Consider a larger vanity in the hall bath or moving the washer/dryer to the hall closet/pantry off of the kitchen. There also should be at least one towel/washcloth per person stocked for the amount of people the rental holds. Not everyone in the house could even get a shower without doing a load of laundry.

Great location and comfortable condo. Will be our first choice on our next trip to Seaside.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had the best time and will definitely come back! Center Stage is in the perfect location to bring teen age children on vacation. My daughters loved being in the middle of all of the hustle and bustle of Seaside, especially at night. they said it was the best time ever! I do have 3 issues that I found irritating. 1. you can not change the channel on the Master (back bedroom) TV from the master Bed. I had to choose the channel I wanted to watch while staying directly in front of the ten before climbing into bed. That was very frustrating. 2. There is a door in the Master bedroom that apparently is a stairway access or tunnel that goes straight down to the restaurant downstairs. It is locked from the inside the stairwell of course, but I could hear every word of every employee until they left for the evening/or came back the next morning for work... almost like they were right on the other side of that door. The first time I heard them, it scared me. It sounded like they were in the room with me. Surely there is some way to muffle those noises or insulate the door so that doesn't happen. 3. The master bathroom could use some attention. the shower and floor were not cleaned well at all. We will definitely come back to Seaside and to Center Stage!

Also, I have always loved seaside but something has changed. WE had a total 6 bikes stolen in our vaca group. Thank goodness we didn't. Instead of all the parking attendants, you need more security.

Being next door to The Great Southern means there is some noise in the evenings from the bar, but it shuts down at a reasonable time. From the porch, you have a great view of all that is going on in the main plaza. It is quiet in the mornings, so I was able to sit on the porch and enjoy the sunrise with my cup of coffee while reading.
