Been staying at SCG for 40 years. Beautiful condo complex. We've always gotten a unit that's satisfactory and beyond our expectations. Complex is ocean front, convenient to restaurants and grocery stores, and has 2 pools and 2 kiddie pools.

The property is situated in the most ideal location, steps from the ocean, and with ocean views from the living room and king bedroom. I stayed here with my two daughters for a weekend getaway. Very close to good restaurants. Very clean, checkin and checkout process very easy. Lovely condo - would stay here again!

We were in town for a family wedding and stayed in this delightful unit! Location was perfect, loved the ground floor level and corner unit. Beds were very comfortable. We loved staying here and plan to keep this on our favorites list for next time we are in town!

The unit was as described. Very clean and seamless check in process. Enjoyed the town of New Symerna and beaches closer to the inlet. The complex HOA has clearly not updated the property owner on the construction and damage to the facilities caused by hurricane. The property is not child/infant safe, as the construction is literally right outside the patio. There is no safety netting or warnings of a significant drop from the seawall to the beach (roughly 10 feet). The construction crew had active equipment right outside the patio, which included a bobcat and earth compactor. Ironically, enough, all of the safety barricades were piled next to the unit. When we notified the property manager to the extent of the construction and restoration, their only response is that they had sent multiple notifications. However, the contact we received only mentioned that the stairs to the beach were under construction, and a very generic email to construction to the property.

This is our second year staying with great ocean condos, and our experience has been great. Clean rooms, friendly staff, and a great location on the beach. We will be back next year

We really enjoyed our stay, despite the construction taking place. Beautiful light and view of beach. Nicely outfitted kitchen. Do recommend you fix the keypad, however. It would take multiple tries each time we had to open the door.

We should have been warned that there was going to be a back hoe just outside my sliding glass door and that our access to the beach was going to be torn down. Also, we should have been warned that one morning we were going to need to leave our front door opened for a few hours while a new storm door was being installed.

The condo is exactly as shown. Clean and appointed with everything you need. We thought it wasn’t quite worth the high price. The corner patio was untouched by Hurricane Ian but the beach access is damaged and closed. You would normally have easy access to the beach from the condo but it was closed due to the damage done by Hurricane Ian in December 2022. This was disappointing because the main reason we chose this corner unit was so that it would be easy for older members of our party to get to the beach without having to walk a mile. We thought we did our research and chose a condo building that did not mention beach access damage so we were surprised to find it closed since nothing was mentioned on the VRBO listing. We also had issues with getting the tv on. We called spectrum but they wanted to charge us for a service call so we just gave up. We never were able to watch tv. Besides those issues, we enjoyed the condo complex and amenities. We would stay there again.
