Great location

Great communication with owner, with very good response time and condo was very clean!Didn’t need much in kitchen, but seemed well stocked. We travel a lot for Jr golf tournaments and have stayed in Pinehurst/Southern Pines a dozen times. I’m sure this unit is perfectly acceptable to most people. For us, it was just ok. I would recommend they upgrade window coverings as blinds do not fully cover and they are inexpensive with overuse by previous guests. Would also invest in better mattress covers as you can feel every bump & stitch/seam in the mattresses. Other renters or owners were slamming their doors during our stay, shocking lack of awareness. Location was good for our tournament at Woodlake CC. Again, I’m sure this is perfectly fine for most and I’m rating 4 out of 5 stars. We tend to be a little more picky about where we stay. I agree with someone else’s review in that shower handle difficult to move and there are a lot of steps for 2nd floor. Bldg is misleading…it’s more like 3 stories of steps, so be prepared.

The property was excellent, staying on the course we played all weekend was perfect, definitely be back.

First off the place is larger than it appears in photos, we had plenty of room for the 3 of us and were able to fit 5 for dinner one night comfortably. Kitchen is stocked well along with everything else you would need for a multi night stay. There are more stairs than we believed. Not an issue for us but could be for someone physically challenged. Carol was very helpful with issues we had which were small but taken care of quickly. Very good communication. Showers were a little narrow and hard to turn on for our 7 year old but nothing that keeps us from using them when needed. Overall would definitely stay again, we had a great time.

The apartment was welcoming, clean, and very nicely updated and decorated. Location directions and check-in/out instructions were detailed and helpful. Very quiet and relaxing with super comfortable beds. We found the neighbors and area extremely friendly. Overall a wonderful place; we would stay here again easily and recommend it to anyone.

This property was pretty much as pictured/described. It was relatively close to Aberdeen, Southern Pines, and Pinehurst, and 25 minutes from the Carolina Horse Park in Raeford. It was clean, the keyless entry worked as intended, and the WiFi was good.

This is a very clean, comfortable condo. We spent Thanksgiving week so we could be near our son who lives nearby. We would definitely stay again—-everything was great.

The condo was just as described, roomy, clean and very well stocked. The location was beautiful, peaceful and safe. Carol, was a wonderful host and we’ll definitely consider returning someday.
