Renovated. Beautiful. Immaculate. Direct Ocean Front in Full Amenity Resort.

Property listing is as stated. This condo is very roomy, clean , with a beachy vibe. The location had easy access to the ocean, and to grocery stores and restaurants. Gated security. This is the second year we have stayed at Island Club. It is a beautiful , peacefull north HHI location. Property owner kept us updated. My granddaughters ,age 22 months and 8 years loved the pool. Extremely easy walk to ocean and to unload vehicle and to bring in groceries. Beds were very comfortable. My only suggestion is to provide a heldhand vac for little spills. You will no be disappointed with what this rental.

Amazing condo right on the Ocean... Easy drive to all that Hilton Head has to offer. Diane was wonderful doing anything possible to ensure my wife & I had a great stay. I highly recommend.

My only hesitation in sharing about how great our experience was is that Diane’s place might be booked the next time we want to go! The experience was great from start to finish, including excellent communication from our host. The house was absolutely perfect, very clean, and had everything we needed for our stay. The beach is a very easy walk from the house. I really can’t say enough about it. We can’t wait to get back.

We had the best stay at this gorgeous beach-front condo. The kitchen was so beautiful and well-stocked that we were happy to cook in a couple of nights. We would definitely stay here again!

This was our second time staying at this property. We had everything we needed and felt very comfortable; almost like just moving our home to the beach for a week!The view from the balcony, though partially occluded by the dunes, is lovely, particularly in the morning. The dunes also provided an unexpected bonus; a group of deer came through almost every day at dusk and dawn.

We stayed here last year and enjoyed our stay so much we came back for a month. Diane has always been great to work with and easy to communicate with. We highly recommend staying here, you won’t be disappointed.

The condo is fresh, clean, updated and super comfortable. It is in a great area, super quiet and so relaxing.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay on this weekend getaway. The property was very clean, well equipped, quiet, cozy, and beautifully furnished. Listening and seeing the ocean from our patio made for a peaceful and relaxing time. Communication, instructions, and recommendations were all spot on. Would highly recommend whether going as a couple or a family.

Great location with gorgeous view. Exactly as described in photos. Ample space and very nicely decorated. Beautiful stretch of beach that you can walk forever. We visited in November and enjoyed great weather with no crowds. Would stay again.

Wonderful! First floor unit which we appreciated having young children. And we still could see the ocean over the dune! The unit was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. There were beach items for use as well including chairs, umbrellas, a small cooler, and a beach bag. The unit had a few toys for the children to enjoy as well. Beds were comfortable and the unit was very quiet. We will be back!

Our stay at this Hilton Head condo was absolutely perfect! The place was immaculate and beautifully decorated, with every detail thoughtfully designed. The kitchen had all the supplies we needed to easily make breakfast each morning, which made our stay even more convenient.The location was ideal—right on the beach, yet not too far into the island, making it easy to get around. We loved waking up to the ocean just steps away.The host was amazingly responsive and made everything seamless from start to finish. It truly felt like a home away from home.We would definitely stay here again—such a perfect stay in every way!

This was one of the cleanest places we’ve ever stayed! It is well stocked with families in mind and the location is great. Beautiful view, beautiful grounds and a beautiful condo. Could not recommend more.

If you’re looking for a beautiful, comfortable, well-equipped, CLEAN, quiet, and conveniently located condo, book this one now! Plus you will get the benefit of a lovely, responsive host who has the gift of hospitality from afar!The unit has a lot of storage space in the kitchen and closets. Beach chairs, beach towels, all kinds of pool/beach toys, boogie boards, a backpack-cooler, and extra sunscreen are available. There are so many spices, teas, coffee, etc to tide you over until you make a grocery run. I packed all of these items (except for my VitaMix because there is one in the unit), but it’s nice to know that Diane thought of these things. The kitchen is beautiful. There is a water filter and pitcher inside the left door of the fridge. We loved the hooks at the door and in the MBR. Super helpful for keeping towels, hats, bags, etc, organized and off the floor. Our family of 4 relaxed comfortably in the living room. I loved the chair that swiveled and rocked. There were many books and games in the entertainment center. The back porch is private with seating for 4. It was nice to see no buildings, only the grass, dunes, and beach. We did not use any of the amenities of Island Club other than the grills. The proximity to the beach is fantastic. If you forgot something in the condo or needed to leave your tent and chairs on the beach for a lunch break, you are back in the condo in no time. Very tastefully decorated with serene color palette.

The condo was just perfect. Everything was as it said in the posting. It is updated, visually pleasing, had all the kitchen amenities that you would need, plus more than I had thought. The beach closet was packed full of chairs, umbrella, towels, toys! Perfect for a flyer who would have had to purchase all of that. Short walk to the beach and pool! Host was super communicative and checked in multiple times. All of the information for check in and check out was timely plus great recommendations on things to do and places to eat! Would recommend to family and friends and would pick to stay here on another visit to HHI!

I could not recommend this condo more! Not only did it come with a fully stocked kitchen and so many amenities for our toddler (booster/high chair attachment for table chairs, pack and play, beach toys), but Diane (the owner) was so kind and helpful! She was available for any and all questions and was so gracious. The condo was impeccable in both design/decor and cleanliness. The view/sound of the ocean from the patio was the best way to wake up in the morning. The ramp beach access on one side made it so easy to bring our wagon on the beach and the stair access with the playground on the other made for quick and fun evening beach visits. My husband and I both said we would love to rebook this for our annual trip! This condo was well worth every penny and made our trip phenomenal!

We cannot say enough about our stay at this property. The condo had everything we needed to enjoy our stay in Hilton Head. Every detail was taken care of, from the well stocked kitchen, to the beach amenities in the hallway closet. You could tell a lot of thought and care went into making this the perfect retreat. Beach access is literally steps away, and the ocean view from the living space and master bedroom were beautiful. The outdoor furniture on the patio was great for watching the sunrise. Diane was very responsive, and made sure our stay was a great one. We hope to return next year!

I understand why after spending the week there. It was stocked great. The host was excellent. The location is perfect. My grown daughters & I stayed at this beautifully decorated condo for a quick getaway. The condo was spotless & the location was perfect. Condo was lacking nothing. Owner was so kind & transaction was smooth. We hope to visit again!

We were in town for a family wedding, and we spent a week in this lovely property, which was conveniently located for beach access, shopping, and restaurants. We hope to return soon!

This was our first vacation as a family and Diane made it very easy for us to travel. She had a few baby items that we could use (highchair seat, umbrella stroller, books/toys) that allowed us to pack a little bit lighter. The condo was more beautiful in person than in photos! Access to the beach was super easy and the kids playground right outside was the perfect added touch. We loved staying here and hope to come back soon!

Diane is an amazing host. Her communication was clear and made check in a breeze. She certainly wants to ensure you have everything you need to enjoy your stay. The condo is beautiful and couldn’t be closer to the amazing beach. It is stocked with everything you need and decorated perfectly for that beach vibe. My family of 4 found it to be perfect and would stay there again with no hesitation.

Rental very well designed and detailed for a splendid view and experience, Folly Beach HHI!

We stayed here for a month and it was one of the best places we’ve stayed at. Everything was fresh and new, equipped with new appliances and cookware, spices, oil, storage containers, which has been an issue in the past with other condos we’ve rented. Right next to beach access, 2 gas grills nearby that are maintained daily. Our first stay this far north on HHI, it’s so nice with less traffic and crowds. Diane was great to work with. We would highly recommend staying here, you won’t be disappointed.

Diane is the best host I’ve had for a rental! She is so kind and responds quickly. The condo is clean and all the appliances are all top of the line. The kitchen has everything you’d ever need for cooking and serving. The beach is beyond beautiful and the condo is a short walk there. It was the perfect rental for our family and we can’t wait to come back to HHI and Diane’s place!

The condo is exactly as described. First floor and oceanfront so you are as close to the beach as you can get. We have been staying at Island Club for several years and this has been one of our favorite condos so far. Great communication, clean condo, comfortable, and convenient. We will definitely look at this one again for our next trip.

We loved our stay here! Everything was clean and well-kept, and the best part was the easy communication with Diane. She always responded quickly and helpfully when we had an issue or a question. Being on the first floor made it very easy for us to cart our beach stuff, especially since we have little kids. Beautiful views of the sunrise every day were the highlight of our stay!

Five adults were very comfortable in this beautiful Island Club condo for a week. The condo far exceeded our expectations and the pictures don’t do it justice. Great location, loved the sun deck and gas grills and the hot tub was an added bonus. The condo was meticulous which is always the first thing I notice. Only bummer was our less than perfect weather but we still managed to have a great time.
