Renovated beachfront condo with balcony & pool

Listing said renovated . Couch was very stained. One of the chairs in the LR was broken. Drain in kitchen sink had a big wad of hair in it. Balcony floor was very sticky, looked like someone had spilled a drink all over it. Ice maker did not work. When I messaged Vacasa I was told that was not an included amenity. Never had that happen in over 20 years of renting condos.

This was a fantastic location so close to Pier Park - an easy walk. Beach access was perfect. We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean and in working order. The kitchen was nicely stocked - coffee maker and Kurtis both available.

This condo was great! Most amazing view, beautiful beach and great location for walking to restaurants. It’s spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable. Everything was pretty much perfect! I would give it 4.5 stars as for the price a few more amenities would have been nice such as beach towels, beach chairs, coffee filters, wine opener, dish cloth to clean dishes. It’s very basic as far as supplies. It’s clean though, which is important to me. The ice maker on the fridge didn’t work, but will say they were up within minutes with an ice maker so we didn’t have to continue purchasing ice.

This property was a great fit for our family. Enjoyed the convention location and accessible it was.

The rental was absolutely beautiful and super clean. The photos were exactly the same as the condo. We dis nit want to go home and tried to book another few nights but it was already booked. We are alraady planning our next trip back and we arent even home yet!!!

The condo was everything we expected. The pictures were accurate and we enjoyed our trip to PCB!

Condo layout was wonderful for our family. This is our second time staying at Calypso. Great location and walkable to everything you would need while on vacation. There were a few concerns upon arrival, there was sand and long dark hair in the mast bathroom. Master bathroom sink drain was broken and both showers held water. I feel that this should have been noticed and addressed by cleaning staff/maintenance prior to our arrival. As calling and making arrangements for repair took away from our vacation. Customer service and maintenance were amazing to work with and were very supportive.the ice maker did not work. A few items we needed this week that were not provided but would be great to add would be at least one more additional trash bag (only 1 provided), there NO extra blankets in the condo, muffin pan, pizza pan, pizza slicer, and a crock pot. We had friends in another condo who were able to share all of these items from their condo with us. Overall, it was a great stay!
