Renovated Apt In Historic Dist w/2 Parking Spots

Overall This rental property was nothing short of perfect! It suited our needs, is conveniently close to every place you'd want to walk to and close to all the amenities. It was clean and has a great relaxing home feel. Would definitely rent again.

Fantastic stay....I've been staying in Annapolis on and off for years, always in chain hotels until this time when the hotels were ridiculously over priced. Took a risk, booked this stay and it was excellent, great communication, place was spotless, comfortable beds A+++. So much better than the name brand hotels. This is our new go to spot.

Was the perfect location and walkable to everywhere we needed to go. Bedrooms were a great size and perfect for what we wanted. the bathroom is a barn door that was difficult to keep closed at times, but overall positive experience and would stay again.

Very neat & efficient unit, great use of space for 4 people max, very comfortable for 2. One of the best elements is the walkability to downtown, you just park and walk everywhere, no further driving needed. (maybe a small outside guest parking sign could be helpful) But excellent overall..

Convenient and incredibly comfortable! The daybed sofas were perfect for a cozy movie night with my daughter, and having a dedicated parking spot made everything so easy. I’ll definitely be coming back to this place!

Great little spot that was close to everything we needed. We just moved our son into college and then spent a couple days exploring.

This place was very convenient to downtown Annapolis and where we needed to go. The host was very informative and timely to respond. I think that the place could have been cleaned a bit better. Everything was pretty dusty, including window sills behind the beds and wall decor. The bedding on the couches was stained under the blue covers and there was holes in the pillows and bedding. The place was overall very cute!

Cute house..has everything you need and steps away from all that is happening in Annapolis! Fantastic to have parking as well.

Fantastic location yet close enough to be walkable to downtown Annapolis. The neighborhood itself is filled with the charm of 1700's Americana. I highly recommend!

Perfect place for my wife and I to stay to go to the Army/Navy Game. Well appointed. One block off West Street. Convenient to Naval Academy and DTA. Property was clean and matched the online listing. Host communicated check-in/check-out instructions and was responsive to questions. We would stay again. Thank you!

We were able to walk to restaurants and shops, and to most of the historical areas we were interested in. Comfortable beds. The kitchen is small but we mostly ate out.

Easily the most comfortable beds I've ever sleep on. Very quiet area and close to what we needed.

A few days to visit Annapolis and visit some sites and have some great meals. Loved happy hour at O’Briens. Cocktails and apps at the boathouse bar and grill. Dinner at Luna blu.

Amazing 3 day weekend w my girlfriends! Great location approx 15-20 min walk from wharf/waterfront and Naval academy Good communication w owner, beautiful property, all amenities. Muffins nice bonus at check in! Sad my kids can’t join here as great location when visiting Annapolis! (5&6yo) will gladly visit again w friends!

The space was adorable! We really enjoyed our time there. Very clean and well stocked with anything you may need during your stay.

I would highly recommend this very lovely property. It was very well equipped and as represented. Steps might be an issue for some but we are in ours 70s and had no problems.
