Beds and living area were all very comfortable. It was just remodeled and looks lovely. The view from the 4th floor balcony overlooks a beautiful lake. The building is also very close to the beach and pools. This condo provides everything you need for a great vacation. My family enjoyed staying here over the holidays!

Great location and in a really good spot on this Cinnamon Beach property. We had an issue with the coffee maker and the owner had a new one delivered that day. The rental agency was very easy to deal with and had great pricing.

    Our party of 8 had a great time. The condo is very large and well stocked with kitchen items and games. The community is a very nice place. We all loved the pool and our more adventurous kids and husbands enjoyed the beach. The only thing I have to say is that this condo sleeps 7 comfortably, our 2 youngest kids slept on our air mattresses in the living room (maybe swap out the twin bed for bunk beds in the third bedroom). We would definitely recommend this condo for anyone who wants a low key getaway.

    This is a great property to stay at and the location of the condo to the beach and pool was great. Teenagers were able to go to the pool and game room on their own (they were of the age limit) and I felt comfortable allowing them. The lake side view was wonderful and you could hear all the wildlife at night from the balcony with a beautiful view of the sunset.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our time at this very comfortable and spacious condo in Palm Coast. It was very much as the pictures depicted on the website. No big surprises. The location in the development was great, close to the pools, beach etc. Just what we wanted.However, several things were not in good condition so it seems that general maintenance in the unit is not being closely monitored:1) The electrical outlet, overhead light and fan on the balcony were not operable. No circuit breakers were tripped. Something else is wrong.2) One of the dining area chairs literally fell apart when I sat on it (I weigh 118 pounds!) My husband found that a bolt holding it together was completely missing and another was very loose. We went to a hardware store for a bolt and nut and repaired it. Checked all the other chairs--bolts on ALL the others were loose, some about to fall out. We tightened them.3) Big speakers that looked like they should work with the living room TV were not connected, therefore we never were able to use them.4) Furniture is kind of old, sheets pretty old, I think. 2 lamps did not have knobs to turn them on. Cords on blinds tangled and not useable.That's about it. I would recommend this property to a friend IF the maintenance issues were addressed and rectified. It's a nice place, for sure. It just needs more attention than it's getting--especially given the rental price per night, which is fairly high.

    Condo is spacious, clean and in a great neighborhood. Convenient parking and easy access to the beach and both pools (pools are heated and we swam in early January). Beds were comfortable and there were plenty of pillows, sheets and towels for 6 people. Publix is only 4-5 minute drive for groceries and the kitchen is well stocked with almost everything you need to cook meals in the condo. Would give it a 5 star review with just a few minor improvements. 1. TVs in living room and bedrooms are not smart TVs so bring a Roku or Apple TV (unit does have cable). 2. Patio furniture is stained, worn and falling apart. 3. Unit was clean (we have high standards) but the air vents and ceiling fans were coated in dust. We will stay in this neighborhood when we return to Palm Coast in the future.
