The second floor, accessible by a spiral staircase, boasts a bedroom and a loft. Central air-conditioning, washer/dryer, five TVs, two DVDs, Blu-ray, HBO and Showtime, and free WiFi.

    The pools, hot tubs, tennis courts, exercise facilities, etc. and, of course, the beach, were very relaxing and totally enjoyable.

    Note: third bedroom is up a spiral staircase. We enjoyed the big tv, lots of streaming. Living room very comfortable. Beds very comfortable. We had no issues, and recommend.

    The property had stains throughout the second bedroom on the carpet and walls. Upstairs is quite hot. The worst was a roach was in our bathroom. We had to rent a second house as I feared they could come home with me. No reimbursement or apology. I will never stay here or use Vacasa again.

    Lots of hidden fees. House wasn't as advertised. Everything was outdated from the 70s. The washer and dryer were so small you probably could only wash a few items at a time and it only takes powdered soap. Not very clean. No ac upstairs.

    The house was clean and in a good location within Sea Colony. It is close to a pool, tennis and the shopping center/restaurants. The home has new living room furniture, and all the linens were provided, which was very nice. The house also had some things broken, which we reported. The main issue was the large overhead light and fan in the living room did not work (which I reported 3 times, with no response). The upstairs loft and bedroom got very hot, and that fan could have helped. The screen door was off the track, the hall toilet does not flush properly, half the outlets need repair/replacement, and the dishwasher was not properly attached to the cabinets so it leaned forward.

    We chose this property because it had more space then the last one we stayed in. It offered an extra bedroom. When we arrived, the fridge and freezer were dirty. The stove was filthy. The screen door to enter was broken, the shower curtain rod in the main bathroom was broken, and a shelf in the master bathroom was falling off. The rubber under the dishwasher wasn’t even connected, and the molding in between the kitchen and dining area was up. One of the chairs bolts just fell out, and had to be fixed. There were pans with crusted food on them in the cabinet. We’ve never had any issues with cleanliness in all the years we’ve come here. With all the money we pay to spend a week here, we at least expect basic cleanliness when we arrive. Part of our trip was spent cleaning up the mess that we arrived to. We love the area, and we love the community, and we are hoping next year is better in regards to the cleanliness and upkeep of the place we rent from.

    Ants in the kitchen, plastic cup with liquor left behind, baggie with unknown tablets and capsules. TV difficult to work and needs updated. Beds uncomfortable

    My wife has been going to Sea Colony for all 50 years of its history, I have joined her regularly for the past 20 years. We love Sea Colony and loved it again this year. But 2105 Doubles Court is desperately in need of some tender loving care. The mattress in the master bedroom is not even a mattress. The fridge and oven were left dirty ( we had to scrub the fridge as soon as we arrived.) the washer broke and we had to use a laundromat. There were several other little inconveniences that started to add up. As mentioned, we love Sea Colony and will be back. But not to this unit.

    Liked the location, walk to beach, walk to restaurants, walk to tennis center. The unit itself was fine and clean. The A/C unit struggled to cool the upstairs floor and it leaked water the first couple days. However, the property mgt and unit owner did offer a small rebate to make up for the inconvenience which was fair.
