Renovated 1 bedroom condo ,steps to beach

Close to the ocean. Would stay again. Everything you need is there.

Nice little place to stay. Clean except for one dirty sock left in the bedroom. Location very good. Very close to Wells Beach. On a busy street and across from an arcade, but never once was I bothered by noise. The shades don't fit the entry french doors so anybody walking by can see right in and see most of the whole space. I never did find a light that I could turn on from the entry door, so had to feel my way to the bedroom lamp in the dark each time. Check in was seamless, parking adequate.

Maria's condo is adorable, well stocked and perfect location in Wells Beach. Being right within the small 'center' of town, the rental allows quick walk to places to eat, shop and, of course, the beach (and quick walk back as necessary to avoid the public restrooms at the beach - my preference). There's parking underneath the condo so sandy beach chairs, etc never need to get dragged inside. Decorated with a charming beach vibe, the space is clean, comfortable and allows easy walking access to all that Wells offers with no waiting in traffic. A great spot!

It was a nice property. Have been spending time in the summer up there for 40+ years. This property was clean, had everything I needed, and perfect location to beach and ‘downtown’. Can’t complain about any of it. Communication was good and check in was easy. If I had to say anything maybe a dehumidifier? I think that of all the places I stay up there. Other than that is what fine!

Great location. Clean and comfortable.

We had a very good vacation and our mini apartment was very clean and nice. Communication was good but we did run into some snags with cable not working until I had to reprogram the remote which took an hour, the AC unit was not working properly, so the apt. was stuffy and warm the first 5 days til the weather cooled off, then was not as bad because we opened the doors. The mattress was very firm and we were not used to that either, so sleep was a challenge. But we love the area and will be back to Maine again!

Very clean, centrally located close to the beach. Owners were quick to answer our questions.

This condo was a lovely place to spend time with our family.

So easy to work with owner- Process was so smooth- easy to check in, beautifully decorated condo- Perfect size for a couple , and we had a friend visit . So close to Wells beach- and everything in Wells Comfy little bedroom- great closet and dresser to put things in. Kitchen was great- all the things you need to cook in.Nice ouside area with two chairs and table for morning coffee- Will def stay here again upon a return visit to Wells Across from Arcade- but you cant even hear it with the AC running - Highly recommend
