There are many other great courses nearby, including Chardonnay and Eagle Vines.

OUR LOCATION

Located on the Silverado Trail in Napa Valley, the Silverado Condominium Community is ideal for visiting the 400+ wineries and restaurants. This scenic road is one of two that passes through Napa Valley, and it's the preferred route of Napa locals. Considered the road less traveled, the Silverado Trail is lined with world-class wineries offering intimate tours, wine tastings, and breathtaking vineyard views. Some of our favorites include Darioush, Frog's Leap Winery, and Duckhorn Vineyards.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The unit was advertised as remodeled but it appeared dated with old carpet, and an old stove that the burners were lifted. We could only use one burner. The faucet in the kitchen had very low water pressure. The bath and shower were as advertised. The entry lock to the front door requires you to input 10 numbers. This was very unwieldy and typically took three or four tries to get it right. We were there for 10 days and nights yet only 3 bath towels and less hand towels and washcloths were provided. We asked the manager for more but was told they were just starter towels and we would need to go to a laundromat three or four times during our stay. The kitchen was not stocked very well. We had to go to the store and buy a spatula in that one was not provided Paper goods were minimum. We had to purchase more toilet paper and napkins. It is okay for a weekend stay but definitely not past that

My family and I enjoyed our weekend very much! One thing I could suggest is informing your guests they wont have access to the main pool where they serve drinks and food. While we do have access to the other ones, those pools dont serve food or drinks

I don’t usually write bad reviews; for this one, I kind of just feel taken advantage of. My boyfriend and I got to the property and the door jam had been broken. It took us about 10 minutes to get inside where it turned out that there was a splinter in the wood (Created long ago) that made it nearly impossible to get in. We reached out to the property management company. They said they felt so bad but no one did anything about it or followed up about it. That would’ve been fine but we realized there was a pretty bad leak at the kitchen sink. The property, managers or owners knew about this leak because they had turned off the cold water to try and mitigate the leak. Someone had attempted to just twist the knob to turn it off, meaning the cold water off didn’t work. The only water available from the kitchen sink was extremely hot water. When we were prepping dinner on our second night, there was a 2 inch puddle we were standing g in at the sink. I had on water shoes, no joke, to cook our dinner. There weren’t towels (accept 4 for the shower) to try and dry it up and no one had responded (24 hours later) Also, we heard the leak while trying to sleep. I reached out to the property management company, VRBO, and any number on the property management site that made it look like I could get in touch with someone. No one responded. The only thing I got a day later was a prompt to write a review. I still have not heard from anybody and it’s almost 2 weeks later.

When we arrived we discovered there were no batteries in the remote for the living room. I had to go to a local store to get batteries. The strike plate for the front door was held in place with only one small Phillips screw. The plate almost fell off but I was able to tighten it with a knife I had. There should be two solid screws to hold the door plate solidly. Also a lightbulb was burned out above the bathroom sink.

My husband and I had a great experience staying at this VRBO property for 10+ days. The location is great, with quick access to downtown Napa, grocery stores, walking trails, restaurants, and wineries. We really liked the unit layout with the bedroom separate from the living room and kitchen, as my husband was working in the living room (east coast hours) and I could be in the bedroom. The laundry room is located close to the unit (30 steps or so), shared with others (I never had to wait for a washer or dryer), and takes credit cards. The kitchen was stocked, but I would recommend the property manager buy a good cutting board, measuring cups, and one good knife (all were dull). Overall, we loved it and will definitely stay there again!

The room itself was as described, no complaints about that. However, Vacasa did manage to text us 3 hours early at approximately 12:45pm saying our room was ready, which influenced our decision to end our day in San Francisco early to beat traffic and make it to Napa quickly. When we arrived to the room, which at that point was right at check-in time, the room was not clean and housekeeping was still in there. When I called Vacasa to get things situated, my first representative was Tim and he said he would call me back right away. We waited 20 minutes outside, as this property is set up like “condos” and had nowhere to go. I called again and spoke to Mindy, who after another 10-15 minutes of waiting, told me that the property manager was aware and that they will rush housekeeping to finish. She seemed to think I wanted a rushed clean-up rather than still having the appropriate time to tidy up thoroughly. On top of that, she became quite rude when I asked for some sort of compensation since we made reservations based on the earlier text message from Vacasa, and would surely miss them at that point since it was approaching 4:45pm. It’s been 5 days and I haven’t received any follow up. I DO NOT RECOMMEND using this service.
