Remodeled Luxury Condo w/Breathtaking View Of The Sea of Cortez on Sandy Beach

This is a perfect condo for a beach getaway that was very reasonably priced. Ocean views from the balcony were fantastic! The staff on site were all very friendly and helpful. The beach is long and flat and great for endless walking! We highly recommend this unit!

We enjoyed how quiet and relaxing it was. It was difficult to wear a mask and not go in the ocean. But all together it was very nice.

Host was very accommodating and the condo was beautiful.

Cece the host gave great tips for the trip down there. Very clean room and the condo had great views. Sonoran spa was a great location. Many good restaurants within walking distance. It was our first time visiting and we will definitely go again.

From start to finish, our stay was great. Especially enjoyed the fact that several restaurants were within walking distance with variety of options. The condo staff were friendly and helpful. The bed, always most important to us, was comfortable with good pillows. The kitchen was well equipped with coffee maker or Keirig so we could breakfast in our room. Definitely planning to visit same unit again in near future.

We had a BLAST and loved the view we saw from the balcony daily! Perfect temperatures for a trip in January. Resort is gorgeous. Staff are very friendly and inviting. The restaurants and venues surrounding the resort are AWESOME!

My wife and I had a few days to get away after I had a business trip in Pheonix, so my wife and I wanted to explore Rocky Point. From the moment we booked, the owners communication with us was the best we ever experienced. We needed some time for some R&R and to unplug, this was the perfect place. This unit was just the right size for the 2 of us. It was our first trip to Sandy beach/ Rocky point. The resort was clean and beautiful location right on the beach. Only downfall was this was offseason and 2 weeks before Christmas, so alot of the restaurants were closed. We got great service though and had the whole pool area to ourselves!

First off let me start by saying that this property is great. The view from the balcony is unbelievable. The property has a convenience store, restaurant, pool and easy access to the beach. It is conveniently located to several restaurants, a convenience store and souvenir shop. It is easy to get in and out and only about a 10-minute drive to town. Not only is the property great but the communication from the host was beyond amazing. She sent us a list of restaurants with specials and answered any questions I had quickly. I would a thousand percent stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was clean and the view did not disappoint. I always travel with a small head towel, I did not need one they were supplied in the room. Coffee was supplied for the Kurig. The unit also had a toaster. The AC worked great. Cece was very responsive to all our questions quickly. We were able to get into the unit much earlier than the 3pm expectation and Cece communicated that the day prior to our departure. The location was perfect for our trip, we attended the Music Festival, Circus Mexicus and the main stage was just up the street at Banditos. There are four restaurants within walking distance of the property We ate the Sonoran Grill on the property, it was superb and reasonably priced. The small grocery store on property was well stocked and reasonable priced as well(for a connivence store). I would recommend this unit to anyone needing beach getaway!
