Remodeled Kiahuna Ocean View Condo with A/C, Close to the Beach! No cleaning fee

We started off our trip in this wonderful unit in Poipu. What an awesome ocean view as soon as you walk in! The kitchen was stocked with everything you would need for meal prep. We enjoyed eating our breakfast on the lanai - taking in the gorgeous view of the waves. Such cute and comfy decor and furniture - it made us feel like we were at home. Excellent communication, easy check in/out, clean unit and you can’t beat the pool at ‘the club’ and the great eats at the restaurant there. Close proximity to so many eateries, shopping, beaches and sites to see! Split unit AC’s and ceiling fans in each room was a huge plus in our book. You couldn’t ask for more. You have a very beautiful family, mahalo for sharing your little piece of Paradise in Kauai with us. We had a great time and wouldn’t hesitate recommending others to stay here and can’t wait to book another trip ourselves!

Don’t hesitate to book this condo! I compared a lot of different properties and condos and we were so happy with our choice. The grounds are beautiful and quiet. The location of this unit within the property is perfect- steps from the beach and stunning view (I would call it more of a partial ocean view but in all fairness ocean view is different than ocean front). We sat out on the lanai quite often and loved every minute of it. Perfect place for coffee or a glass of wine or read a book. We were also really grateful for the TWO AC units. It got quite warm while we were there and it was nice to have AC after a long day of activities. Lastly, the owners were an absolute pleasure to communicate with. They were so considerate and helpful. After we left Kauai we went to Maui and stayed at the Hyatt Regency and we preferred this place! Definitely would stay here again!

This was such a nice unit. We loved it. Very updated and clean. Loved the resort. The view of the ocean is fantastic from this condo. Will stay here again. Everything is in walking distance shopping, restaurants and beach.

Great location on Kiahuna. This is our third stay there and this was our favorite location. It’s central to everything on the plantation and has a wonderful view of the Great Lawn and the ocean. The place was exactly as described and very comfortable. The closet was well stocked with everything you need to head down to the beach. The AC worked great and the kitchen had all the necessities. For me the best perk was the ice maker, which was already turned on and had ice at the ready upon arrival!

It was just as advertised - comfortable bed, new furnishings, a/c though we didn't really need it, and a beautiful ocean view. We liked that it was close enough to the other area resorts for us to walk to dinner, and in general the location seemed very good. We really enjoyed our stay despite the Kona Low storm!

We love this condo with its view of the lawn and the ocean. After a full day of exploring, golfing or going to a beach, we enjoyed sitting on the lanai and relaxing with a drink. The inside of the condo is beautiful and comfortable.

This is our second time staying at Kiahuna Plantation and we keep saying it’s the best place on Kauai! The condo was comfortable, clean and had everything you needed. We loved staying this close to the beach and we will definitely be back!

Enjoyed our stay at the condo. Would recommend the condo, very nice location with a view. AC was a bonus, but did not use much with the cool trade winds.

Very nice and beautifully decorated condo that we will seriously consider using on our next visit. Since there is now door to the shower I do want to share with the owner a concern about the wood flooring getting wet while showering. We were very careful to dry the floor after each use but some guest may not be as concerned. Since the flooring is wood I would be worried the wood may stay wet and swell. Maybe a different shower head that directed the spray more downward would help. This is not a complaint, just an observation I would want to know about if I were the owner. Your condo and the beautifully landscaped property exceeded our expectations! Thank you for sharing your property with my family.

This condo is perfectly situated on the property with excellent views of the grass and ocean. Everything was very clean and well placed including books, games, and kitchen items. The owners are very responsive to any questions before your stay and have really done a great job with this offering. We would recommend it to anyone thinking of staying in the Poipu area. The property management company was also very helpful in getting fresh towels and answering any questions about local places to go.

The condo is very nice, lots of space, well stocked and very clean. It has a wonderful view of the ocean and vast green lawn overlooking the porch. It is nice to see families playing with young kids on the lawn. I highly recommend this unit.

Our family of 4 (including a 17 yr. old son and 19 yr. old daughter) really enjoyed our stay at this Kiahuna ocean view property. The owner and host Randal was quickly responsive to all of our questions and provided a great list of 'things you might want to know' which was very helpful as this was our first trip to Kauai. The space was clean and nicely decorated and full of great informational magazines and books about the island. The ocean view kitchen, dining area and lanai were an absolute treat! Despite all our adventures on the island, enjoying a cup of coffee on the lanai was one of my favorite memories. The pull out couch bed is more comfortable for smaller people but the ocean views and included beach accessories make this place a highly recommended place to stay.

We loved everything about this beautiful condo. A few things we especially appreciated - decor, plenty of kitchen counter space, late afternoon shade on the lanai, tall table and chairs on lanai to take advantage of the view, beach chairs and umbrella. We will return!

Beautiful property, quiet, clean, close to Poipu beach and turtles

The condo was such a great place to relax after a day of exploration and a short walk out to the beach to enjoy the beautiful sunsets. It was well furnishes and clearly recently renovated with the kitchen and bathroom standing out. the AC was great to have in the afternoons too! We didn't want to leave and will definitely consider this property for a future trip.

I only have positive things to say about this place. The condo itself is immaculate. Pros- Superb quality finish to condo, bathroom, kitchen etc- Bed is big and oh so comfy- sofa bed really easy to pull out and also high quality - stocked with all beach equipment you could need - aircon is excellent and v effective - the location and view is prime for the resortCons- none!! Owners have done a tremendous job and if you stay here you will have a great time :)

The unit was awesome, well decorated and well stocked. It even had beach chairs and a cooler bag to take snacks and drinks with you. The unit was clean and well maintained and the grounds were great. Location was great too - 2 mins to the beach! And communication with Randal was smooth. Will definitely stay again if we visit Kauai.
